    There was everything that you needed and it was close to the village and hiking. Would absolutely recommend to anyone that wants to visit mammoth!!

    My family and I visit mammoth all winter long for winter sports. We typically rent a friends house, but it was booked for the dates we wanted to visit. I found this listing and was pleasantly happy with the detour in our normal trip. The house was cute, spacious, and perfect for our small family. My 6 and 3 year old LOVED the loft and the fact that Netflix was provided. We would book the space again if our friends place isn’t available.

    The owner and service fee ended up adding over a quarter of the cost of the nightly rental, which is extremely high with not much benefit on the renters part. Not worth it for the renter, and will not stay here again because of it. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1) fairly modern decor and appliances 2) turntable with records 3) games and guitar on hand 4) easy check in Cons: 1) high price tag with unjustifiable owners and fees 2) The place is small with little privacy for 6 people (you can clearly hear all conversations unless you are in the one bedroom with door closed 3) one bathroom is not enough for 6 people 4) not within walking distance to anywhere 5) when asked for more paper towels and dish washer pods (only 1 paper towel roll and 2 pods were given for a 4 nights stay with 6 people), they said we had to buy our own. This really turned me off at the cheapness of the place when you are paying a premium per night. The toilet paper, paper towels, tiny bottle of shampoo and tiny bar of soap were of the cheapest quality. We felt taken advantage of and we will not stay her again.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this condo!! It was just my husband, 2 boys (14 & 17) and I. The location was great, just up the road from the (newer) village. The hosts were great and responsive. No complaints. Miss it already.

    Beautiful, modern, well-appointed property (no cheesy bear decor here!). Love the record player and curated collection; haven’t heard “OK Computer” on vinyl in forever! Nice amenities throughout including comfy bedding, wireless chargers, touch light mirrors, and induction range. Kids loved the loft! Walking distance to Canyon Lodge, the Village, Mammoth Mountain Brewing Co. and more. Thank you for the use of your amazing condo. Will be back!

    Property is great. Easy access to Canyon Lodge and short walk to village. Has everything you need in unit. Love the touch of having a record player and good music options in the unit. Fun teaching my son how to spin a record, lol.
