Stayed Dec 31, 2025Great place! The beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked, and the fireplace is wonderful. The bus stop to the mountain is directly across the street.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024We were four adult friends in Mammoth for a long weekend. The property manager Jeff was terrific - responded right away to our questions and was available to address any concerns. Check in process was flawless. Condo is in a convenient location right off the main road. Parking is immediately outside the unit. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds comfortable with extra linens and pillows if needed. Each room had a temperature control. We were all happy and look forward to making this an annual event at Jeff's place.

Stayed Feb 2, 2024This property is perfectly located right next to a tram stop, with great amenities such as a hot tub, ping pong, pool table. The beds were very comfortable and fully stocked kitchen. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Stayed Dec 30, 2023This condo is in a great location with easy access to Canyon Lodge and the Village. Very easy check-in process and the host was very responsive. Overall I would highly recommend.
