Stayed Feb 13, 2026Place was amazing, very clean, close to food, shopping and multiple soccer complexes. Nice neighborhood, would definitely stay again. Owner Andre was very nice!

Stayed Jan 22, 2026I enjoyed my stay. The trip was short and busy through the day so it was nice to come back to a clean, comfortable space. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchens and bathrooms were fresh and clean. I arrived at night and got lost. I was able to get immediate support and directions to the condo. Codes were easy to use.

Stayed May 22, 2025This property was perfectly located for the activities that we had planned for our stay. Even with it being the Memorial Day weekend the area was quiet. Access to the property was very easy and the guest contact, Andre was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We don’t go to Las Vegas very often but would definitely choose this property again in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were visiting Las Vegas for an event at Allegiant Stadium and I wanted a place off The Strip. The place had everything we needed including a convenient parking space. One person in our party has mobility issues so it was nice to have a short walk to the place and no stairs. The area is great for shopping and restaurants, and the 20 minute drive to the airport and Allegiant Stadium was no problem. The property management company was very easy to work with.

Stayed Jun 25, 2024This location was in a good location for us as we moved our daughter out of her apartment for a move overseas. It is a quick drive to the strip as well as Summerlin! The apartment was comfortable, clean and secure. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked. No full set of silverware, for example. The only disappointment was the pool. It was full of debris from surrounding bushes and trees and is clearly not regularly maintained. Also there was not one chair/lounge chair to be found. Bring your own!
