Great views of ocean.

We enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony was amazing. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Very convenient location for a quick walk to ocean walk and the boardwalk.

Overall, the property is a great place for a family to stay. Amenities on site offer activities that don’t require you to spend more but you are still close enough to for-pay activities! The host was quick with communications and check in/out was easy. We were unable to find a ramp from the boardwalk to the beach - be ware of that. However, there are two ramps to the pools! You will spot the occasional unhoused person - as to be expected anywhere. The balcony is behind-the-times compared to other units. Functionality of this unit is suitable. The recliner was great for our infant! Towels & bed could use an upgrade. Laundry in the unit was convenient. We will stay again!

It was a nice clean condo. I wasn't feeling the best during our stay so i didn't make use of any of the pools but it looked like fun

We've stayed in this condo and loved it last year, so we had to return! The only reason I gave 4 stars overall and 1 star for cleanliness, is because when when checked in and entered the room it had not been cleaned from the last guest. That was a problem as we had wanted to unpack, shower and change to leave for dinner within an hour. So we just changed and left our belongings.We contacted the owner and they apologized and had it cleaned within a couple hours. Very responsive.Everything else was awesome!

My stay was very clean & very comfortable my kids loved the pool area & how convenient the beach was right there didnt have to drive too many places for food everything was located close by

Great family friendly place. The pools, lazy river, slide and beach access are so awesome for kinds and adults. Super clean and well kept. Walking distance to all the craziness only Daytona offers! Don’t hesitate to book your next vacay here!!

We really enjoyed our time. The location was conveniently located with a number of dining options within walking distance.The kids loved the swimming pool and water activities. The view from the rooms were spectacular and the hosts were excellent with communication.

We had a great time. Enjoyed the amenities and all the activities close by. The resort was great, very relaxing and everyone was so nice.

Great place

My husband and I have been to this resort probably over 10 times since the North Tower opened in 2003-2004. The resort has kept up the property, and we think it's one of the nicest properties on Daytona Beach. With this vacation, it rained every day for 9 days while we were there, so I can't take points off for that, but it really put a damper on pool and beach time. I would highly recommend staying at this property if you are visiting Daytona. The unit we stayed in had really nice kitchen appliances. They have been taken care of, or possibly they were fairly new. Thanks for a great stay.

Check in and check out were a breeze! Convenient parking garage, and beautiful pool and property. Gorgeous beach and close to the pier and bandstand. Fireworks on Saturday night off the pier! Condo was clean, updated, nicely decorated, comfortable and great balcony views. Owners provided details that made everything so effortless. Wished we could stay longer and definitely will be back!

We love coming to Daytona and love this property because it's convenient to everything we do

The condo is in a great location for families, with plenty of things to do and restaurants within walking distance. Owners very responsive. Had a late flight and had to check in after normal hours (around 10:30pm) but there were no issues obtaining access to the room.

The original booked condo hadn't been cleaned and prepared by check in time. But the owner did provide another condo that was ready at no extra change. The remaining stay was good.
