Beachaven is a unique, charming beachside community unlike the typical high-rise condos. With its small, quaint setup, Beachaven offers a relaxed, secure, and carefree environment for its guests and residents. The simple linear layout provides a short walk from our unit to a private beach, ensuring guests can enjoy an uncrowded and peaceful seaside paradise. This hidden gem promises a tranquil and intimate beachfront experience. You can also experience poolside luxury at our beautiful heated pool. Beachaven' s pool is rare for Siesta Key as it is nestled right on the beach itself. The pool is heated so it can be enjoyed year round!

Beachaven is located in the heart of Siesta Key. One mile south of North Village and one mile north of South Village. Because of Beachaven's ideal location on Siesta Key, most all of the islands restaurants and shops are walkable via the street or a lovely stroll on the beach. If you don't want to walk, that's no problem at all as there are numerous trolleys and shuttles that will take you anywhere on the island free of charge!

Siesta Key is also only a 15 minute car or Uber/Lyft ride away from Sarasota which is home to a vibrant downtown and a large number of great restaurants, fun activities, and unique places to explore. Sarasota attractions include historical Saint Armand's Circle (fantastic restaurant's & shops), Mote Marine Aquarium, Selby Botanical Gardens, Ringling Museum of Art & Circus, Van Wezel Performing Art's Center, University Center (restaurants, bars, shopping, and activities), just to name a few.

Sarasota Airport is a short 20 minute drive to Beachaven making it ideal for your trip into and out of Siesta Key. The Saint Pete-Clearwater Airport is 45 minutes from Siesta Key, as is the Punta Gorda Airport.

The minimum rental period is one month, and there are many annual return renters so you are encouraged to inquire well in advance if you are interested.
