Elegantly decorated to delight your senses and soothe your spirit, this fabulous twenty-first floor wrap around property has two beachfront balconies and two amazing main suites with expansive beach views. This property comfortably sleeps up to 12 with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 queen sleeper sofas, and a set of (Twin) bunk beds for the kids with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

You must register in advance for parking/amenities. Prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to do so. Your registration packet is picked up from security upon arrival. You are limited to 3 parking passes. There is a parking deck and open air parking. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. Registration Fees ($50 per vehicle & $6 per armband)

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor. Smoking & vaping is prohibited inside the condo, on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.

Nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, elegant tile, top of the line granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and oversized garden tubs and showers with shower massages, this condo has it all! Your rental includes dinnerware, glassware, flatware, pots & pans and cooking utensils. Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker are provided! Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean in the Captain's Main Suite's comfy king-size West Indies inspired bed. The tropically themed main suite opens on to the Gulf front balcony. You'll enjoy the luxury high thread count linens and the memory foam mattress topper. Switch on the large flat screen TV and enjoy your favorite program or listen to your favorite music. The en suite bathroom includes a separate dressing area, a large walk in closet, a toilet and a walk in shower and a fantastic oversized soaking tub overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Signal Hill golf course. Settle in and let your cares just float away!

Sleep to the sounds of the ocean from the Tropical Dream bedroom, too! You'll enjoy a luxurious queen size bed and a window with a picture postcard ocean and golf course view. You are sure to love the tropical palm decor. This room has a large flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower combination decorated with sea shells and other sea life.

The Crew's Quarters bunk room is a real bedroom, not just some bunk beds in a hallway. Decorated just for kids. It has a set of bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a night stand. It even has its own TV! Bunk beds should not be used by persons over 100 pounds.

The First Mate's Quarters Suite is your second main suite with separate entry and a private ocean and golf course view balcony. Decorated in a nautical theme, it has a luxurious king-size bed and queen sized sofa sleeper. The wall mounted flat panel TV can be adjusted for viewing from either the bed or the sofa.

The efficiency kitchen in this suite has a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster over and coffee maker for preparing simple meals and snacks. The large private bathroom has a relaxing soaking tub, a walk in shower, a toilet, a separate dressing area with double sinks So you can relax in the garden tub or enjoy a hot shower after a day at the beach in this luxurious bathroom!
