Stayed Dec 25, 2025*Overall a great stay* On arrival security did not have our information this delayed getting into the unit. The condo has everything you need. The unit was tidy but needs a deep clean. I had to wash the floors and was the bathroom mats while i was there for the 6 nights. Having a car is a plus we enjoyed day trips to the rainforest and local grocery stores. There is a gym on site and 4 pools.We would rent this unit again.

Stayed Jan 22, 2025The condo was adequate but very poorly outfitted with essentials. Had no internet for 6 days and the owner/property manager refused to answer our texts and emails and VRBO was not the least helpful. Never heard back from either one once the issue was resolved by a technician. No aplology.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024The condo was clean and had a great view. It would be a great place for a short stay for a couple but has minimal furnishings and utilities, not comfortable for longer stay. Condo staff are very friendly and helpful. While the condo management were very polite and promised to supply missing items we were still waiting for them when we left after 4 weeks. On the photos in the gallery the second bedroom looks to have a window but doesn’t. It is very claustrophobic when the door is closed for privacy.

Stayed Jan 18, 2024Royal Palms is a nice property, but the location not so much. Check in process was long and very stressful. The property manager and the condominium owner were not responding to my phone messages and the security at the gate didn’t have information about my arrival.
