Burke's Oasis was perfect! Great location, walking distance to everything. Walk outside and you are there. Plenty of space, 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. Very cute very quaint but still spacious enough. We loved staying here and plan on doing it again!

We loved everything about the condo and its location. We definitely want to stay here again.

Overall, it was good. Property is seasoned for sure and the raised kitchen/den area is not great for young children but the location is hard to beat.

It was ok for just me but needs some tlc. Some blinds don’t work and the windows should be cleaned. Also should update with smart TVs they are now so inexpensive. Great location but my wife would not like it.

There’s a reason there are long gaps between reviews for Burke’s Oasis. Let’s just say it’s no Oasis. The pictures are deceptive. Burke’s should not even qualify for VRBO as it is handled through a rental company. The exact opposite of Vacation Rental By Owner. The hall bathroom, both the sink faucet and the shower had leaks. The shower curtain had a large stain on it. The hardwood floors throughout the entire condo should be sanded and refinished. The walls should be painted or at the very least scuff marks removed. Blinds should be replaced, each set has 1 to 3 broken slats. The return air vent, which is located right above the thermostat at eye level was very dirt. It obviously had not been cleaned in the past 3 to 4 months. The front door would not close properly. When the repair man came to work in the unit, he used his pocket knife to gain access!!Not much useful information left in the notebook on kitchen bar. Incorrect phone number to reach rental company. We were told that they are working on updating those. No information on working the TVs/remotes. Nothing telling us where the trash bin was although we were told to take our trash out to the trash bin. It’s across the street against the side of another building??? Thanks Sandpiper Vacation Rentals, after 35 years and 10 trips to 30A communities I now know one rental company that I will not be contacting for my next Santa Rosa Beach vacation and one condo I would never recommend.

We spent our Spring Break week at Burke's Oasis, and it was an excellent experience! The property manager was proactive in providing all the details we needed before our stay and even shared helpful resources for our trip. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed— a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware, restrooms with plenty of towels and essentials, and a washer and dryer for convenience. Best of all, the location was perfect! It’s just a short distance from the Town Center, beach, shopping, and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Burke’s Oasis!

The property itself was adequate, but tired. We really, really, wished it was better cared for. We used it for a mother-daughter week long trip in early January. We felt the desire to want to fix and refresh the space. Here are some things that are screaming to be done: magic eraser all of the scuff marks off the walls, touch up paint, clean the windows so that the ocean view is visible, slats missing from some blinds, tighten the hinges on kitchen cabinets, and refinish the hardwood floors. Otherwise, the space was nice for us and we very much enjoyed the extremely convenient location in Seaside. It was easily walkable to everything. When we ventured out further, the bikes (included) were so much fun! We visited the adult pool (included) and it was so nicely heated, that we stayed all day long. Heaven! The really important things in the condo were clean and comfortable such as bedding, new fresh white towels, bathrooms and kitchen. There were 3 TV's, games, and books. The large covered porch was furnished and had a nice ocean view. We also appreciated the elevator to the second floor which was nice to use when carrying luggage in and out. Overall, I'm giving it a 4-star rating. When going back to Seaside, we might try and find a place with an inside dining table.

We enjoyed our stay here thoroughly! The location is great with a terrific view and lots of people-watching opportunities from the awesome porch! Everything was clean and exactly as it was described. Good layout with the rooms. Even as close as it was to the main road, noise was never a problem. Would definitely stay here again.
