The rental company was super responsive and easy to work with. The property was just as described and the unit was fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes/etc. to cook in the kitchen. It even had extras like an air fryer and a massive 12 cup coffee pot. Beds were comfy, didn't use the pull out sofa though. There were starter packs of soap for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The washer and dryer in the unit is very small and will only hold about 1 day of outfits for 4 people though, FYI. The property was very clean and the kiddos loved the pool. The beach is steps away from the units and there are chair/umbrella companies you can rent from or bring your own. We loved our stay and will definitely look for this unit's availability each year when we come back!

While we enjoyed our trip to the beach and your hospitality, we would not be interested in staying at the property again. Here are the primary issues we experienced during our stay:1. Visible mold in master bathroom vent2. Cookware items and utensils were definitely not clean, and numerous items needed to be washed. It's not comforting to know that your service relies on the guests to ensure everything is cleaned properly and put away for the next guests.3. NO HOT TUB - your listing clearly states Hot Tub, but there is not one on the property. We even checked with the security team, who confirmed there weren't any hot tubs there.4. MASTER BED - the bed in the master room was not comfortable to sleep on. The mattress sags and bows inward on both sides, and the middle is very stiff and bows upwards.5. LARGE COUCH - the large blue couch is completely worn out and busted. You can clearly see it when you look under the couch. The seat cushions were thin and slope downward, making it awkward to sit on. Also, the couchbed mattress is NOT sleepable. Because the master bed was uncomfortable, we tried the couchbed, but the metal springs were so stabbing, we couldn't do it and settled for the bed.

Place was very clean for the most part besides there was a lot of hair on the floor in the bathrooms. The place really needs to be updated and a lot of repairs are needed.

This was the perfect way to end summer! Seeing dolphins from the balcony, relaxing on the beach, playing tennis as a family and cooling off in the pools! Highly recommend!

Master bedroom fan needs to be fix. It does not work. Other than that all were great. We came here two years ago and we decided to come here again this year.

Everything was just as pictured! Everything was very clean and homey. We couldn’t have gotten any closer to the beach. Perfect family vacation spot! I have nothing negative to say!

The room was clean. There was an earlier review from Feb about the sliding doors not locking, those have not been fixed. When upper floors shower, it sounds like it’s raining in front bedroom. Overall stay was good, not really within walking distance to many things, so you’ll have to drive for shopping, food. Slightly disappointed that you have to pay for parking pass given the cost of the stay. Be good all in all

This is a nice condo. However I could not get the air to work. My husband could not get the patio doors to lock. I still enjoyed the stay but felt a little unsafe.
