The unit is directly across the street from the island grocery storeand a mid-island marina, where you can book charters or rent a boat. Also, on the bay adjacent to the marina is Fresh Catch restaurant, where you can enjoy formal dining of local fresh seafood cuisine, and fine steaks, while below you will enjoy more casual dining at Junkanoo's Below Deck. It's a place where locals hang out. All this is a very short walk while your stay is on the white sandy beach, one of the most beautiful and very pleasant and wide beaches of Florida.



Enjoy a game of shuffleboard while overlooking the beautiful gulf waters, prepare your dinner on the provided gas grills, and relax by the beachfront pool. Seaside offers credit-card operated on-site laundry for your convenience.



We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.



This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
