Seashell Cottages/JK Rentals - The Seth Unit with Queen bed, 2 twin beds & Futon

This beach cottage was cozy and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for our stay and was close to the beach, shops, restaurants and all the fun things to do in Old Orchard Beach!

The unit was spotless and well equipped, there was a slight issue (someone was parked in our spot) owner was on site within 5 minutes of being notified to resolve. We were so impressed that we are returning next year with the whole family (about 20 of us) as they have 7 units very close to each other

Location was excellent to access beach, restaurants, shops. Plainly furnished, mish mash in kitchen but basics supplied, toilet paper holder broken, BBQ grill dirty, no light in backyard for table and grill, no directions for tv. Not terrible, not great.

Everything was exactly as expected and the host was very friendly and helpful! Perfect location to the beach and pier! Awesome location!

We had a great stay! The apartment is clean and located within walking distance of all Old Orchard Beach has to offer. Host was great at communicating, too.

This was our absolute favorite place to stay in OOB. A 2 minute walk to downtown, blackout curtains in both rooms (perfect for young families!!), just enough space since we spent each day outside of the house, the air conditioner cooled the whole place with ease. We will look to stay here year after year. The hosts were quick to respond and all in instructions were so clear. Thank you and we will be back again!!

My sisters and I had an amazing weekend staying here. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were available, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed in this cute beach cottage for 3 nights. Perfect location for visiting Old Orchard Beach. Everything is with in a block or two. Everything was as pictured on website. Cottage was stocked well with all essential items. They supplied towels, soap, dish soap. Air conditioning worked well. Communication with owners was easy for check in and when we needed extra parking for a second they only charged 15.00 to park at their nearby other property. Would stay again .

Great location, great communication, clean and accommodating. So perfect for our visit. Highly recommend this place for relaxing couples retreat. Perfect I’d all I have to say!

Cute cozy place clean and nicely decorated. Owner very responsive to messages which was great. Good for our family of 3 but bathroom was tiny so hard to keep lots of toiletries for people at hand. Lack of closet space as 1 closet but dresser inside so couldn’t hang much. Biggest issue was the train as I thought I read you could hear it in the distance but essentially it is in your “ front yard” as across the street so you heard the horn 2-3x a night which was tough even with sound machine. It was very close to the beach which was a huge plus. Overall was a nice stay for us and our toddler.
