Stayed Jul 7, 2024The property had all the accommodations we needed, bedding, kitchenware, towels were replenished daily, it was very clean, and any inquiries we had were responded very quickly. I highly recommend for families.

Stayed Aug 25, 2024Very clean. Location is super convenient to downtown Old Orchard Beach. No view of the beach and the train is a bit noisy at nighttime but it’s hard to avoid if you want to be downtown. We had a good time, thank you.

Stayed Aug 17, 2023Every year my sisters and sister in law get together for a girl’s weekend. We chose this spot after our weekend last year in Boothbay Harbor. The owners of this property were wonderful and we were able to chat with them a bit during our stay. They were very nice and accommodating. Thank you.

Stayed Sep 15, 2022Rental was clean, very comfortable , walking distance to down town and events that were going on. Communication with owner was a text message away once you check in she answered as soon as you sent her a text !! Will rent this location again !!

Stayed Sep 1, 2022Our stay with JK Rentals was great! Awesome communication and excellent location. Arcade and amusement park was just a minute or two walk! The rental was clean as a whistle and the checkin process was seamless, we even were able to check in early, which we appreciated! The only thing we were bummed about is having to go to Walgreens down the street to get toilet paper - because we were only left with a half a roll for a 3 night stay. We assumed there would be an extra roll lying around but there wasn't and we didn't want to bother the owners at 8:30 pm. Not a big deal at all, just wanted to point it out. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Stayed Aug 7, 2022Very nice clean place, full kitchen, living area, two bedrooms separated by bath. Narrow deck running along whole apartment. Hosts responded quickly and courteously to questions. We would definitely come again.
