I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful! We had a great time at the beach, enjoying the peaceful balcony at the condo and many great restaurants in the area. We will be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1) Place was nice little overpriced for location2) When we arrived it was fairly clean there was some trash on floor did not look like they vacuumed i have picture if you need 3) Chain on door was broken same with handle in mater bedroom closet and also one of the wheels on coffee table 4) The bedrooms had a tv i think they were about a 19 inch Very disappointed in size of tv they are not expensive to replace Very sad 5) Had good response time when i had a question but the trash bids were not right outside by the parking area which is what we were told6) Think you guys need to figure out a way for guest to use the entrance right by the unit instead of making us go in down the street and driving through the entire complex again just inconvenient

It was well equipped with everything we needed for a month. We didn't get much sun because of the trees in front of the property, however, they would be welcomed in the summer time.
