I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The balcony overlooking the golf course with the ocean in the distance makes for the perfect chill morning vibes. The property manager was very communicative and resolved (small) issues promptly and very timely. We have zero complaints and would pick this property again for a stay. To add- I vacationed with friends for a girls trip centered around an event at the Topeka Moon Crush venue. The accessibility to all activities was a huge plus and very convenient!

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Condo does not have a washer and dryer inside unit it is outside and shared. Ice maker broken and ice trays were substituted: 2 bags of ice were brought to us when I let mgmt know which was nice. Rooms were very comfortable and roomy.
