Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed with our stay. On the advertisement for this unit the 1st thing you see is a golf cart. We never got to use the golf cart because it wouldn’t start and nobody cared. We called numerous times and were told it was complimentary. That is the reason we picked staying there. Even in the title it says golf cart.

We liked the neighborhood a lot, the apartment was nice, clean and updated. It is directly in front of the pool and pickleball courts. Only downsides were, the AC woudn't get below 75 during the day, it was only 90 outside. Also the refrigerator barely worked so we had to keep all of our drinks in the coolers and buy ice every day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice overall. There were a few hiccups during our stay that could have been avoided with some better communication. First of all we didn’t have a parking pass available and I had to call and have it delivered. Second the golf cart although nice was not available to us the first day due to it needing a code to start, which we were not provided. We checked in on a Sunday so communication was very slow and unresponsive to get any info regarding pass and cart. It was all taken care of by the second day and Regent was very good at making sure we were taken care of because of the inconveniences. The condo overall was very nice and updated. It was clean and perfect for our family of 4 and even would have nicely fit 3-4 more if needed. The one complaint we have about the accommodations was the clothes dryer. It would not heat up and did not dry the clothes very well. We were told by a neighbor this was a complaint from past renters also. Overall very happy with everything after the initial issues and would definitely rent again, especially for the added golf cart!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was so clean and perfect space for us! So close to the pool and an easy drive to the beach. The resort has personal parking so you don’t have to go on any main roads and it’s just a few steps over 98 to the beach side. The only issue we had was the golf cart was not available for us due to being in the shop. That was one of the main reason we booked this place, but I also understand it was out of anyone’s hands. We were compensated for it not being available. Will definitely stay again!!
