Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 6 nights Thanksgiving week. The 5th floor in Ariel Dunes I is easy to access and having the golf cart was a luxury but not a necessity if you are going to the beach. We ate out most dinners but had a full kitchen to prepare any meals we liked. You will need to order the basics if you are cooking like salt/pepper etc. as the kitchen has no left over seasonings etc. The second set of elevators did not work and would have made it nicer when busy but was not a problem. Security is very nice on the premises. We really enjoyed the proximity to the Sandestin shops and golf too (need to drive or UBER, cannot take golf cart there). Customer service through text message was very helpful!

Everything about it...the location was great, the pools were amazing, it was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and the golf put it over the top. We will absolutely be back, hopefully soon! Communication was also very prompt and helpful.

My only recommendation is a better description where the charging station is located for the golf cart. We luckily were able to find someone that worked there or who knows when we would have found it.

The only thing I would suggest is explaining how to charge the cart better. We plugged it in but it didn’t charge. We didn’t know where to go to get approval. Golf cart is very nice and new!! It’s stored in a great location. Our air went out but I felt like they assisted with that. Easy condo to stay in! Very good food in cafe downstairs

Having the golf cart was sooooo convenient with the grand baby. Anytime I had a problem or question they were super quick with responding. It was nice and clean , the view was amazing , the pools were super clean. We can’t wait to get back!
