Seasalt Shores - Oceanfront Condo

The host was extremely responsive, the condo was wonderful. The amenities were well above average and very well maintained. We loved the extra little touches like binoculars to spot the dolphins in the mornings and great beach chairs for enjoying the afternoons. There were plenty of beach towels and good cooking options.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated with ample amout of sleeping space. Communication was excellent from the host and they provided clear instructions for everything.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Our family has stayed at Southpoint many times and this condo was the cleanest we have experienced. Everything looked new and stylish. My family and I were very pleased and we would return.

I have stayed at many places in Southpoint over the years this condo is my favorite. The condo is clean and very well taken care of with a beautiful beach view. Bree is an amazing host very prompt with any questions I had for her. Check in and out instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this property.

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Bree made sure to think of everything (kitchen soaps, laundry detergent, bathroom toiletries, floor fans). Since there is no ceiling fan in the spare bedroom the fans were a big welcome for people who love sleeping with one. Bree was so responsive throughout the process from start to finish. We were a bit hesitant to book since there were only a few reviews but there have been many who have stayed according to the guest book. If there was any hiccup it would be the ongoing repairs to the beach and building. I stayed in this building a year ago and there were a lot more painters and scaffolding outside the unit that we dealt with but Bree’s unit is in a section that is completed now. The beach does have large trucks delivering sand up and down the beach a ways. We only had to deal with it for a few hours before they stopped and since it was a Friday through a Sunday stay, they were not seen afterwards. There is a great outdoor restaurant within walking distance so we spent the day at the beach and literally just walked up to it without having to get dressed up. If you are looking for a stress free place, Bree’s unit is the place to rent.

This condo was beautifully redone recently and just perfect on the inside! It was oceanfront and immaculate with beautiful beach my furnishings and comfy beds!! Everything we needed for a wonderful long anniversary weekend!Bree was a wonderful host and communicated with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed! The condo has chairs, beach towels, pack, and play all the beach toys you could need! The porch is beautiful and has new furniture and overlooks the Atlantic with the spectacular view! We will be back!!

Beautifully decorated, feels very cozy, exceptionally clean, great location, excellent communication with host. Would highly recommend.
