Stayed Jul 7, 2025The condo was very clean, well stocked and a close walk to the beach! Susie was always quick to respond with any question I had. She also had beach accessories and wagon if you needed any of those supplies, which is an added bonus!

Stayed Oct 5, 2023We loved this cozy condo that had everything we needed. We go to Perdido every summer and with a newborn we knew we would have a lot to pack. The condo had beach toys, wagon, and chairs already available for use and saved us room for baby essentials. Susie was a great host and checked in on us to ensure we were happy! The condo was nicely decorated and very clean, we will be staying again in the future!

Stayed Oct 3, 2022Everything was wonderful. Proximity to beach was convenient. Loved the beach amenities since we had flown in and could not bring items with us- chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon and even a cooler for our snacks! The property had games and books and the washer and dryer were helpful. The kitchen was well furnished. Will definitely consider staying at this location if we get back to the area!

Stayed Sep 25, 2022This unit had everything we needed. Was extremely clean and had many extras. Although not right on the beach we did have a good view of the water. Had a question for the owner upon arrival and she returned my call immediately to clarify. As frequent visitors to this area we hope to return to this condo soon.
