This was our 3rd stay and we'll be back again, love the quieter location but still close to many restaurants and great beach access.

Very clean, very quiet... Perfect view of the lagoon and very short walk to the beach. Pool was wonderful!

The property is very old, dated and needs a complete overhaul. The towels were old stained and unsanitary.About 24 steps to second floor. In master bedroom 3 controls to operate TV with no success at all. The only pleasant part was the view of water. The property needs a complete sanitary cleaning and complete update. I have never stayed in a VRBO that was this horrible . If I could ask for a refund I would but after thinking about it no worth my time or stress!!

Rooms were very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Lagoon views were peaceful and attractive; pool was nearby and clear. The area is quiet with easy access to beach and short drives to food/entertainment.

Balcony view over Little Lagoon was lovely with fantastic view of the sunsets. Very comfortable, well maintained apartment. We've stayed in this complex a few times and always enjoy it. Love the big pools and easy access to both the lagoon and the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely easy check-in and check-out process. The condo is located in a great location on the lagoon with easy access to the beach across the street. It has everything you need for a relaxing, family vacation.

The condo was great! The kitchen was nice and big with lots of cooking wear including a crock pot, toster over, an electric griddle, a coffee maker and pod coffee maker. They had a beach wagon, skim board, beach chairs and towels to enjoy the beach along with a grill. My boys really enjoyed fishing at the dock. We also enjoyed watching the sunset over the lagoon from the balcony. Large pools too.

Great area. Plenty of room to walk the dogs. Beautiful view and an easy walk to the beach.

Great owner to work with. Very clean unit. Comfy beds. Brought our dog. Balcony chairs broken and rusty. Water stain ceiling leak in master.The entire complex shows it’s age and needs maintenance.

This place was absolutely amazing...it's a little way from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to enjoy everything.. and that's how we like it .. highly recommend and we definitely will be back. Beach access was very convenient...made everything about our trip perfect. Can't wait for our next vacation

The unit could use some upgrades and minor repairs

Bring binoculars, there’s several owls that hang out on the docks. Also a heron that grabs dinner in the water below you every sunset. The balcony was amazing to sit on in the morning, day, and night. The beach location is perfect for shelling or crabbing, we were thankful the host had nets, beach towels, and beach chairs for us. It was an amazing trip and our only wish would’ve been to never leave.

We stayed for 4 days and loved every minute. The property was just as listed. The view was beautiful

Second stay at this property. Plan to return again next year.

Beautiful condo, clean and quiet. Problem closing back door though, definitely needs fixed.
