Beach view and access was IDEAL! Any issue we had was addressed immediately and the property was accurately described! Would definitely stay here again!

Location is excellent and unit very clean, however, the furniture is quite worn and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay again for that reason.

Location and and the beach rental set up was great! We had such an incredible time! The bikes provided were such a plus! We biked to Rosemary and the Big chill with no issues. We had a little trouble with the bike locks, not unlocking every single time, but eventually got it to work, a little frustrating though! The only negative was the lights peeking through the side of the blinds in the master bedroom, not sure if a better curtain or bigger shade would fix that problem, but overall everything else was great!

Steps to the beach, which is what we were looking for. Private beach with only condo’s guests- not crowded. It’s location is right near everything- we went to all of the different beach towns for dinner and shopping. Carly communicated throughout the trip, and we had a GREAT trip! We would definitely plan to stay here again for another trip to the area.

Finding a rental with everything you’re looking for in 30A is not easy but I am so glad I stumbled upon this one. The condo was actually nicer in person than in the pictures! The decor style was amazing and couldn’t ask for a better location. Perfectly enough away from the chaos of Seaside traffic, but still within a bikes ride away from everything and in the middle between Alys Beach and Rosemary. The property management company was extremely easy, professional, and quick to respond. The only feedback we have is that the master bedroom headboard (rattan material) is a little noisy due to material, and squeaked with any toss or turn in the night. WiFi went down on our last night and the location is a cell phone dead zone so we couldn’t make any calls unless we walked up to the street from the condo.

The furniture is very beat up, floors are stained and do not appear clean. Overall, you can tell the owner doesn’t care about the property. Great view and location, but don’t let the pictures fool you, close up it’s not a fresh and a clean feeling stay.

We stayed for our 10 year anniversary and I loved being able to walk right onto the beach and to sit on the back porch to see the ocean. Since it's a private beach, it isn't as busy which is nice. Definitely would recommend this location. It was clean, had plenty of towels/everything we needed, and the customer service was great.

I realize it is a rental and that is possibly its sole purpose, so I use that to temper my words. A year ago, the cushions outside were in bad shape. The porch and the view are our main reason to stay here. The cushions were gone. Y'all said that your team determined they were in bad shape and more would arrive ASAP. That sounded as an excuse. There are 4 spoons in the unit. I could only find one knife, and it had rust spots. The screen on the door to the porch will not open to be used correctly. It's the little things and all the additional charges just don't seem justified when the little obvious things are not attended to. May not seem like much, but the cushions on the lounge chairs not being there was really just unacceptable and displayed that the team had not done their job.

We were disappointed in the construction that we were u aware of that occurred on the patio each day we were there pretty early into the day to most of the day so our patio was off limits to us all day and thankfully the beach was beautiful so we stayed out most of the day. Wifi was an initial issue but someone promptly fixed that.
