Seamist #10-Oceanfront Paradise!

Condo was well equiped with everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The sunset view was spectacular! Central location convenient to everywhere we were going. Had the sugar sand beach pretty much to ourselves. Were actually able to catch the sunrise aswell

We really enjoyed our stay. Great view of the ocean. There were 4 dolphins swimming directly in front of the condo on the morning we left. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great except no elevator when your on 3rd floor but wonderful view!!! Wonderful place!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last month at Jessica and Michaell's condo. They were great hosts and the view from the balcony and living room was better than the photos. The location was the perfect combo of beachfront views and close proximity to Rosemary Beach. Can't wait to return

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! It was exactly as described, with the perfect location and stunning ocean views. The size was just right for us as a couple, and would also work great for a couple with two small kids. The kitchen had everything we needed for our week-long stay, which made meals easy and relaxing. We loved being able to walk or bike to nearby restaurants, and the private beach was peaceful and never crowded. Check in was seamless. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property! The view is stunning! Kitchen well stocked. Sofa and chairs perfectly clean. Bed very comfy! Bathroom very clean. Would definitely return to this property.

Great weather with a perfect view of the ocean to make this a perfect getaway, even if it was only for 2 days. The only thing that detracted from our visit was a Tenant was smoking next-door on the porch, and the wind carried the fumes our direction. I was under the impression they were non-smoking condos, but I could be wrong. Other than that, everything else was perfect. We look forward to staying again.

We've stayed in various rooms over the past 15 years. The Dolphin Room, by far, represents the best of what we love about the Seaside Condos. We couldn't have been happier!

My wife and I spent our 30th Anniversary and really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: - House greeting card with condo info (wifi password, rules, etc), complimentary water bottle, stickers, and other goodies. (Just a nice cherry on top!) - Very kind & informative hosts gave plenty of information about the condo itself and the surrounding area over email, text, and even phone calls. Gave quick responses to any questions we had. - Well stocked amenities, extra dishwasher detergent & even a small bottle of olive oil! (*They even included a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries to congratulate us!) Cons: - Biggest frustration was the lack of storage options. My wife and I had two suitcases, and almost every cabinet, drawer, under-bed storage drawer were filled with other items (extra bedding and towels) aside from a small cubby-style shelf and hanger space in the closet. The one large closet in the master bedroom also had a large trunk on the floor that took the space we would have used for our suitcases since there was nowhere else to store them except back in our car, or in the bunk area which is where we ended up putting them. - There were a few spots of mold on the inner shower curtain in the bathroom, one of the anchors holding in a ceiling fixture in the kitchen was backing out, and some cracked/peeling paneling on the deck walls. Although these did not effect our stay, just seeing these cleaned/fixed would definitely bring our rating up to a 5!

The condo was clean, updated, in a wonderful location, and everything the listing said that it would be.
