Seagrove - Sago Sands B

The townhouse has direct access to the beach, a major plus. It was so much easier than loading tents, chairs, and supplies in a wagon or car and finding the public access points!

The house is exactly as pictured. Community pool was nice extra and just steps away from private beach access. Our family of 5 enjoyed spacious townhouse.

This property is more of a townhome than condo and the setup was perfect for my family. The location to the beach and to seaside were phenomenal! Check-in was ok- I didn’t receive the email requesting names and ages of all guests until after checkin. Luckily someone with the mgt group texted me that they would not release the door code until provided.There was trash outside around table, pills on floor of bedroom, trash on floor, and when my kids got into bed on the 3rd floor they found food wrappers and sand all in bed. Our only guess was that sheets had not been changed. I notified the mgt. team and they offered to send cleaning crew but by that time we’d already washed all bedding ourselves and picked up trash. The floors were pretty grimy in some areas. My son spilled water as soon as we entered and the paper towel was a nice gray color not what you’d expect from freshly mopped floors. I honestly would not mention any of that if it wouldn’t have been for the smell and obvious mold growing in the 3rd floor bathroom. I told mgt and they offered no resolve. I asked for bleach to spray to help but they didn’t provide any. My kids belongings in there grew mold within 1 day. We just decided to shut the door and put a towel underneath and not use that bathroom. Also we could only ever find one bike so we rented. Rental place directly behind unit. If they can resolve the mold and do a better job at cleaning we’d rebook instantly!

The house was filthy. We stayed here last year and it was fine, but this year it wasn’t The floors turned our white socks black!!! The showers had mold and mildew everywhere, not to mention all of the dust in the house. We called and they literally sent someone over with a swifter and a bottle of spray to fix the issues. Also, the room on the third floor was so hot my son cldnt even sleep up there. This house needs major work!!!!

The place was absolutely amazing, can’t wait to come back!

Location was great, size was perfect, pool was just a great extra and plenty of space and bathrooms for party of eight!

Property looked just like the listing. It was clean. The decor was cute! Very convenient location, do NOT have to walk across the street to get to the beach which is such a plus. Close to the Main Square and Publix. I was impressed by the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very spacious for 6 people! Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Very clean and updated. Right on the beach. Location is great for walking/biking. Check in process was simple. Would definitely stay here again.

You definitely need to get a window unit air conditioner on the 3rd floor. Please. For the love of God. I had to freeze so my kid wouldn’t be hot on the 3rd floor. Tnx!

We had a wonderful stay. Clean townhouse, close to the beach. My only compliant would be a bit of traffic noise from 30a, but it really didn't bother us much. Would stay here again.
