    The best VRBO we have ever rented. It was super clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Loved the hooks in the bathroom for clothes towels etc. The kitchen was well equipped and organized

    Beach view was great! Pool needs cleaning/updated. Washer/dryer need cleaning. Door lock is tricky to lock from the outside. Door needs maintenance. Needs comforter for bed.Toaster needs replacing. Correcting these issues would be appreciated by future guests!

    We made the most of our trip and truly enjoyed being right on the beach — the location was fantastic. The condo itself was nice but could use some upgrades and general maintenance. Unfortunately, the WiFi and TV in the living room didn’t work during our stay, which wasn’t ideal on rainy days. The property owners were quick to respond and stop by, but the issue couldn’t be fixed, and we had to remind them to bring a Roku for the rest of our stay.On our second day, we were without running water for over eight hours due to a burst pipe and had to walk to the public beach access to rinse off. The owners weren’t aware of the outage until we reached out, which was disappointing. Additionally, the pool was closed for deck repairs — something that wasn’t mentioned when we booked or upon arrival.The kitchen disposal was backed up, and several of the knives were rusty, so new silverware would be a good update. Adding blinds in the living room would also help with privacy at night. Overall, we enjoyed the trip and the beach access, but the condo could definitely benefit from better communication and a few key improvements.

    The condo was fabulous! We love the quiet area where we can walk in the mornings without a lot of traffic. Very convenient to walk to several restaurants and shops! Quiet and easy access to the beautiful beach that isn’t overly crowded! We will be returning for New Years!

    We loved our stay! It made for a perfect relaxing honeymoon. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a short drive to Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and several other wonderful places to enjoy I’m the area. Not a would stay again, it is a will stay again!

    Overall a great location and great to be right on the beach!! Our kids loved the bunks and eating on the porch watching the ocean. Wifi was an issue during our stay…my husband had a hard time using his laptop for work, our phones were super slow, and forget trying to use the TV! For the price of the rental, we assumed the internet would be faster. Also, there was a lot of hair left in the bathroom from previous renters and the rug next to the bed smelled of urine so we had to put in closet during our stay. Overall a great trip and wonderful memories made with the family. Thanks!
