Stayed Aug 14, 2021This is a great place for a couple. I think it would be way to small for any more than 2 people. The pull out couch is not sleepable. It’s uncomfortable and not sturdy. The ac unit is in the living room on the other end of the apartment than the bedroom. So the bedroom is hotter, but if you turn it down and turn on all the fans it cools down to a comfortable temperature. I love the location and the easy walk to the beach. We had a good time. Communication with Kendal is excellent.

Stayed Jun 2, 2021Fantastic location next to Coligny. Beautiful beach with clean water. Nice condo with small pools and grills available. The unit is very small. This is for a couple and small kids. But perfect for that. Only complaint is the AC could never seem to make it back to the bedroom. Had to run fans all night but was ok.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025It was perfect! We’d stay here again. Apt. Was clean, modern, and temperature was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. It’s right on the beach and super easy walk to Coligny and restaurants. Owner was extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with, with clear instructions on how to navigate property.

Stayed Jun 4, 2024Even though it’s a small 1 bedroom condo, it’s close to everything you want or need. Beach, restaurants, stores (including grocery), pool, watering holes, music, etc. great balcony with nice chairs to enjoy beach, sunrise and sunset.

Stayed May 28, 2024We enjoyed our stay here. 5 nights. Villa is as described. Recent renovations, new paint, etc. were nice. My wife is Very Demanding and Fussy and she gave this unit the thumbs up. Good view of the beach. Well appointed. Good Pool. Easy walking distance to Coligny Circle shops and restaurants and the beach there but far enough away to avoid the masses who invade the Coligny beach. Go to that beach if you want to be in a suffocating mob of people. Not our thing. We liked the beach in front of the villas. Busy but not over crowded. The villa is good for two people. We personally wouldn't go beyond that. Not much in the way of storage for clothes. No bureau, but we made do with using the bunk beds for our clothes. That said, we enjoyed the villa. Everything worked, Good Wi-Fi, (although we didn't use the TV's so I can't comment on that), it was comfortable, clean, and the deck had a good view of the beach and ocean. Beach chairs and boogie boards included. Would recommend.

Stayed May 21, 2024My husband and I enjoyed our stay. This condo has perfect location and decoration. We could walk to so many places and the beach is so close.
