Very Nice 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Gulf Front unit on the Fourth floor. Every room has a great view of the Gulf. Tile floors throughout the unit. Recently upgraded Kitchen with tile floors and stone backsplash. It is also PET-FRIENDLY. A maximum of 2 well-behaved and well trained dogs under 30 pounds. Chairs service for 4 is also included for this unit. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds.

Stayed May 24, 2025The condo location was perfect with an amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking and baking needs. The beach chair service and ability to bring your pet was a game changer for us. Will definitely stay there again. Definitely appreciated the responsive and friendly communications with owner as well!

Stayed Oct 5, 2024We enjoyed our stay here in PCB. Rooms were nicely decorated. Plenty of beach items to use. The condo was clean. We had an issue, but it was quickly resolved.. Hope to stay here when we return kext year.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024The unit was in a great location and had everything needed for a great stay. Felt floor had been overlooked in cleaning process and found dog food on floor in kitchen. Also kept finding little white stuff around and realized the ceiling was dropping texture particles. The ceiling also showed indications of major water damage and looked black and moldy in some areas. Furnishings were dated and not appropriate for the rate charged. Guest toilet ran constantly and sink in kitchen leaked water in pan bellow. Sliding glass doors are hard to open. Saw some units are being renovated and hope this one gets on the list soon. Once renovated it will be a real gem. Not a bad stay, but will avoid this unit in the future until renovated.

Stayed Sep 19, 2022We had a great vacation. Our condo was very nice, the beach is beautiful, you get two beach lounge chairs and umbrella, the location was great, easy access to restaurants, etc. Panama City Beach is very laid back, friendly people. Our condo was spacious, we really enjoyed our stay, we are ready to go back!
