SeaChase 1601W by Liquid Life

Property was filthy. Outdoor and indoor furniture was filthy. Ceilings were dirty as well as air vents and ceiling fans. Baseboards we dirty and broken. Caulking around the tub needs repair. Cabinet doors wouldn’t close properly in main bathroom. Toilets wouldn’t flush properly and small bathroom toilet leaks into condo below, 1501W, which we also rented. Water has been leaking for quite some time under sink cabinet in kitchen where the wood is wet and moldy. Ice maker in refrigerator doesn’t work and the light in the refrigerator is still not working even though it was reported in a previous review. The place was filthy. It’s a shame the owners don’t take pride in the property. Was an awful experience.

Very nice property. Clean. Loved the complex. Unit itself was good. Could use a little maintenance but nothing that would keep me from staying here again.

Refrigerator light inop and crisper drawer tray broken.Power outlets on stove wall inop.Shutter blinds broken and off track. No extra blankets in condo. Bed covers thin.Vanity door in master bath broke, wouldn’t stay closed and constantly getting in the way.

Location, view and layout were great. The condo lacks basic items generally found in a beach house/condo such as beach towels, blankets, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes hairdryer or basic kitchen supplies. We stayed 4 nights and were provided 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher tablets and 1 laundry packet. The toilet paper is single ply and the soap provided we didn’t use. There were no games, books, magazines etc. All the drawers were empty. Other homes we have leased all have beach towels, blankets, trash bags, and are well appointed with basic supply’s you will need such as dish soap, dish towels, salt and pepper, things to use at the beach etc. The house is dated and poorly maintained. The home is clearly a low maintenance rental. There is a disposal switch but no disposal so you need to have extra trash bags to put all your garbage in. Some of the shutters in the living room would not slide open and the top pieces were leaned up in the corner of the living room, shelves in the closet were broken and on the ground, cracked floor tiles, cracked base boards, water stains around the ceiling vents, and cracked caulking around the tub. The furniture is well worn. When we asked Liquidlife for anything they just said “No, we don’t provide that”. I would not recommend Liquidlife as a manager. If you rent this condo make sure you bring a couple of extra suitcases with everything you will need in the home and at the beach.

I visited with a couple of girlfriends, and we were very pleased not only with the condo, but with the rental agency. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The condo is beautiful, the views are amazing, and we had all we needed for a comfortable few days in Orange Beach. Much fun was had by all, and we plan to visit again.

The condo was exactly as described. Plenty of room. It was easy to find. Checking in and checking out were seamless. The location was great. The property amenities were great. Even the water pressure was great. We hope to be able to come back!

Our stay was great! We enjoyed Seachase. Pools are sparkling clean. Beach just steps away.

Wow this unit I has amazing views and the layout is perfect for a large group. Kitchen equipment could use an update, Lighting in bedrooms bad and TV wasn’t the best. Besides that we would rebook this unit again.

Mattresses need updating but overall it was a wonderful time.

We love the SeaChase condos. The property is always clean and well equipped. Family friendly without being too loud. This was our first time in a 3 bedroom unit and there was so much space! More than enough room for 3 adult couples plus a baby. Loved the views from this floor and the wall of windows. The only area this particular unit could improve in is maybe a deep cleaning. Looked as though many of the vents in the ceiling needed to be dusted, some straining on the red chaise lounge, and upon arrival the unit smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes in it, but that smell subsided after opening the doors and letting the breeze in. Over all we’ll continue to stay at SeaChase and would rent this unit again!

We had an excellent stay in the spacious condo that is described as it is in reality. The booking, payment, check in/out process was easy. The management responded to all correspondence in a timely manner. The condo was clean and well stocked. The location is on the beach where you can enjoy the sound of the waves in the balconyand close to everything. Recommend.
