Overall it was a great stay! The best part about this property was the pools and kiddie pool/splash pad for the kids. It’s right on the beach and has amazingly easy access. Great place for families. Hardly anyone in the beach when we went down, it was great! Just be mindful that they only provide one trash bag, and one laundry pod, so definitely pick some of those household essentials up before you come if you are planning on having a longer stay. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay in this unit again!

The Seachase is in a great location with easy beach access. The pool and grounds are extremely clean and well maintained. Our unit was clean and set up well for our group of 7. We were so glad to have 4 key fobs for beach and pool access. Wonderful trip!

nice condo. Good location. Easy to get down to beach and back. Very quiet property. Security guards always on duty and very nice. Would stay here again!

Fantastic complex and location But I am really peeved as the reservation process has changed and I was not told this Because of this, after 8 years of this complex, I cannot not return next year as nothing is now available since the reservation process opened 4 months early for next season and myself and traveling partners are now locked out I very much prefer to be here!

Check-in was super easy. Property staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the master bedroom suite. Beds were comfortable and clean. Ice maker was a surprise bonus. View was spectacular. Location was great. Close enough to walk to Walmart for supplies or the ice cream shop for dessert. Building amenities were very nice. Gym was well stocked. Pools and hot tubs were clean. Overall a great condo.

It was a great week as always. The room was beautiful and clean. The only problem was the text at 3:30 that the room would not be ready for check in at 4. We had to put cold groceries back and go back later to finish shopping. Other than that it was fine. We will see you next year!

My family and I have been to Orange Beach for the past 5 summers. This was the first time we have stayed at the Sea Chase complex, and we absolutely loved it!! The condo was amazing, and my favorite place yet! We will be back. The condo was clean, well stocked kitchen, and very spacious for our family of 5. The unit was convenient to get to, close to the elevator, and a short walk to the beach. The grounds were clean and well kept. The pools were also a favorite of ours. There are several pools and hot tubs on the property that we enjoyed. It was a great trip!

Absolutely gorgeous condo & spotlessly clean. Love the location & the pool area is perfect & beautiful also. Lots of different areas to go to if one pool is full. The elevators were almost always available and very little wait time. The condo is very close to the beach which is also wonderful. 2 negatives for us was the balcony is tucked in a hole kind of so the views are somewhat limited. The other major negative is that the beach area required key fobs to access. We had 1 in our condo for 6 adults. I requested more & they ended up finding one more that I had to go to main office to get. This ended up being very inconvenient since we all came & went at separate times. It ended up being a lot of standing at the gate waiting on someone to let them in/out of beach. I will say tho that the beach area in front of the condo was not near as crowded as some areas I’ve been to in the past. Overall I loved it & if I was able to get more fobs I would definitely stay in this condo again.
