Cool off in the AC while you relax and enjoy the Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV, AND still take in those incredible Ocean City Views....right from the sofa! A large Private Balcony gives Views of the Beach and the Bay making it the place to both begin and end your day. Outdoor Dining Furniture makes for an awesome place to dine Al Fresco while watching the Dolphins play!

The well-stocked Kitchen will thrill the Chef in your Family. Spacious and well-appointed, you will love preparing Family Meals, while never missing a moment of family time. There is plenty of seating at the dining table for a family meal, but no doubt you'll be dining at Al Fresco as much as you can! Not one to cook on Vacation Walk to many restaurants close-by - everything from fine dining to the World Famous Greene Turtle is all just a stroll away!

The Primary Bedroom with Plush Queen Bed, amazing Views, Flat Screen TV, and Private Primary Bath is located just off of the Living Area. The Sea Watch charges a Registration Fee of $75 Cash or Credit and includes 1 Parking Permit, additional spaces MAY be available upon arrival with an additional fee.. There is a 7’ height maximum to enter the garage.

Outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request. Amenities are available at the discretion of the building and can not be guaranteed. Building is 100% Smoke-Free, balconies included.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
