Stayed Jun 8, 2025This place is decorated beautifully, just as pictured. The owner was in contact from the day of booking and replied to any and all questions asked very fast! It had everything you’d need for your stay! Was just a two minute walk, if that, to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Nov 13, 2024Overall, everything was excellent highly recommended. The only issue we had was the air conditioning would cut off at 1:30 in the morning and we would get warm but great host great location very safe.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Me, my husband and two children (ages 11 & 1) came to Ft Walton for the World Series. The Cottage was exactly like the pictures described. We felt so at home. I love that everything was labeled in the kitchen. You didn’t have to hunt the pots and pans down. The washer and dryer was a plus. Towels and bed linen were really clean. What I like most was that the Cottages there self weren’t big and no crazy parking like the others around us. The beach was a small walk on the side of building. They had chairs and umbrellas already set up with the cottage name on the back of chair. The owner was really nice and called to make sure we had everything we needed or any requests. She also gave us food recommendations to try. All in all I give this a 1000! We will definitely go back again.

Stayed Feb 18, 2024Nice play to stay with a great location to the beach. The owner was very prompt to resolve any issues. They need to add to the property description what floor the condo is on and that there is no elevator.

Stayed Nov 19, 2023We had a great time at Sea Shells. The condo is very nicely updated, it is spacious with everything you need for your stay. Quiet complex with an excellent pool and outdoor area just steps from the beach. We will be back!!!!

Stayed Aug 14, 2023We had an excellent time at this property. Being a two minute walk to the beach made our experience even that much better. Lisa was a wonderful host and communication was very smooth. Would definitely rent from again!
