Sea Oats 705 Gulf Front ️Beach Service

Very quiet spot on the beach - exactly what we were looking for.

Check in was easy and info presented timely. Kitchen had all basics and plenty of tools. Very nice master bed and bath. Lovely balcony

Location was Great, crowds were minimal with chairs first come first serve on the beach. Quiet and family friendly condo. Short walk to beach. Elevator was accessable all the time. Kitechen and appliances were great. Cons for the room were furniture was just ok usable but nothing fancy. TV in living area was small hard to see from anywhere but right in front. Patio furniture was ok for sitting. Beds and pillows were a bit akward (old and flimsy) and not very comfortable. Hot tub spa was meh, jets didnt work right. Pool was a good size but just that a pool with a lounge area. No games for the kids and the brick got extremely hot. We would come back to this condo an perhaps try a room with better beds.

We loved our stay at Sea Oats! The unit was super clean and exactly as advertised. The beach was shorter than we even expected and the property was nice. The location is great for a little less crowds but still within easy driving distance to Destin. My littlest LOVED the balcony and would sit out there for hours every morning.

Bathrooms need little update. Tall family has issues with vanities in both bathrooms. Needs to have walk in shower in at least one bathroom. People with knee/hip issues have hard time with tub/shower. Pizza pan does not fit in oven- we made something work. Would be nice to have little more extras for beach due to flying. Side note- never been in a condo that didn’t have some extras left from people before. View was awesome and beach was not as crowded as Destin beaches. Very family friendly.

This was a great place to stay. Everything was exactly as stated on the website. The view was spectacular and only steps away from the beach. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place on the beach that wants more privacy than the public beaches offer. The beach towels in the condo as well as chair service went beyond what we typically get so thankful to that. 5 stars hands down!

Traffic is always bad in Ft Walton but this is close to everything!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The view of the gulf was awesome. I was pleasantly surprised by the guest bathroom having a door directly into the second bedroom, not just into the common area. A couple very minor things need attention but they are easy fixes and no big deal. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!

The unit was nice and clean, looked exactly like the listing. A little dated and the tv in the secondary bedroom did not work (or we didn't know how to work) ut overall a ice unit . Suggest

The unit and view was as described online. The beach chairs and umbrella was a plus.

Had everything in the unit that we needed. We appreciated that. It is an older unit, but worked just fine for us. The main plus for us was the location...excellent...view...beautiful...ease of scheduling and communication...excellent!!

SeaOats is right on the beach with spectacular views and plenty of places to visit. We enjoyed sunsets and a cool drink from the pier and restaurants within a short walk or drive into Fort Walton or Destin. (Stewby's Seafood Shanty and AJ Oyster Shanty, walking distance, and The Front Porch, in Destin, were favorites.) The condo was comfortable and clean; it was supplied with kitchen and bathroom items as well as beach towels. We had an umbrella and chairs reserved for our use. The employees were friendly and took care of the property. A special thank you to Jennifer and Michelle for helping us with the wi-fi. We enjoyed talking with you. Thank you!

The outside property was nice and clean. Pool was nice parking was good. The inside of the condo could use an update, and there was an odor that didn’t seem to go away. I believe the curtains need cleaned or replaced. My grandson had allergies while we were there. Sofa and loveseat dusty could use a good cleaning or at least vacuum. It would be nice to have a basket there for people to donate to the next renter things that they can’t take home. Like boogie board pool toys etc. all the other condos we have stayed at have always had things renters can borrow. Suplying beach towels was nice. Thank you
