The property was your basic condo turn & burn reserved style, but it was clean and on the beach. You can walk to a few different seafood highly recommended restraunts and a mini golf with ice cream. When it comes to the condo we reserved, it was outdated, but clean. The issues we had were minor such as missing an aerator on one of the bathroom faucets, toilet seats were completely loose, no ironing pad on ironing board, stove took a while to heat up. The couple things we didn't like was the fact we brought the issues to the rental company and they did come fix the toilet seat, but didn't get an ironing pad and they fixed the aerator in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the aerator was not remediated because the maintenance team decided to just take the current aerator out of the other bathroom and to put it on the one bathroom faucet that did not have one. To me, this was unprofessional and lazy. Also, the faucet handle for the one of the showers fell off in our hands. This unit is nice and just needs some updating with tightening up furniture legs, maybe bathroom and kitchen maintenance with new handles and all aerators installed.

Unfortunately things have turned ugly with us and the property management team. I’d hope to resolve things in a professional manner but they have come after me in a review. I had not planned on posting this, but I ended up with bed bug bites all over me. Legs, back, neck. This was confirmed by the doctors office today. I sent the property management an email with pictures to make them aware and was not mean or nasty in any way. I thought it was important to make them aware as I am sure new guests are arriving. We felt that we went above the cleaning expectations by doing two loads of towels prior to checking out that morning and even folded up the clean beach towels and placed them back in the basket. We understand how short staffed these places can be so it’s nice to be extra helpful. I’ve never posted a negative review online before and I understand that these can happen wherever you travel but it’s important to address things like this professionally. They are too many options when it comes to renting condos so my suggestion would be to really do your research as best you can, including reading reviews

The property was as described and a short walk out the gate to the beach. We had an issue with the tv when we arrived and they replaced it the next day. We also rented their pontoon and it was a nice boat. All in all a nice stay. If we come back we would stay with the owner again.

Other than the mold growing on the bedroom ceiling the property was nice. The chairs and beach umbrella included was a nice touch.

My family and I stayed 3 nights. We loved it. Everything was as described and the pictures were accurate. Our 5 year old LOVED the short distance to the beach and pool and our 18 year old enjoyed her own room and bathroom. The kitchen had every cooking utensil you could need and the beach towels and availability of the beach chairs were great. Note: if you plan to buy groceries and cook, remember salt and pepper and any other seasoning as there is none provided and we forgot. :) We had a great stay and will definitely book again.
