Wake up to breathtaking double-view vistas from your two private balconies. One overlooks the shimmering Choctawhatchee Bay and Sound to the north, while the living room balcony offers a stunning glimpse of the ocean to the east. Inside, the master suite features a king bed and private full bath, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin trundle and direct bathroom access. The third bedroom provides a peaceful queen-sized escape with picturesque windows facing the northwest Santa Rosa Sound. For extra guests, a queen air mattress is provided in the living area.

Your stay includes complimentary beach service with chairs and an umbrella, so you can claim your spot on the sand the moment you arrive. RESORT & AREA
Sea Oats Resort is a mid-sized, seven-story beachfront condominium community located on the shores of Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. Built in 1983, the complex consists of 80 units, offering a residential atmosphere that avoids the high-density crowds of larger resort towers. This resort provides guests direct access to the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico via a private boardwalk. For those who enjoy staying active, the property features onsite lighted tennis courts that are also marked for pickleball. The gulf-front sun deck serves as a central hub for the resort, including a swimming pool and a hot tub where you can swim or lounge while looking out at the ocean.
Located about six miles from the Destin Harbor Boardwalk, Sea Oats provides a quiet island atmosphere while remaining close to deep-sea fishing and dolphin excursions. The resort is within walking distance of several local attractions, including the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, and the various shops and entertainment options at The Boardwalk. This proximity allows visitors to enjoy the Destin area's amenities without staying in the middle of heavy traffic.

Parking: Free uncovered parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles with each reservation.

Food: For groceries, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. On Okaloosa Island, Stewby's Seafood Shanty is the top choice for affordable fresh fish, while Old Bay Steamer is a local favorite for high-quality steamed shrimp and crab. For breakfast, Asiago's Skillet serves massive portions nearby, and The Gulf offers unique waterfront dining in a chic, outdoor shipping container setting. A short drive into Destin brings you to McGuire's Irish Pub for its famous steaks and lively atmosphere, or Boshamps Oyster House for fresh oysters with harbor views. Louisiana Lagniappe provides refined Creole seafood, and the original Dewey Destin's Seafood offers an authentic old Florida dockside experience. Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

Pool: There is one large beachfront pool and hot tub with lounge chairs available to use. Pools are heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.

PROVISIONS

• Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
• Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
• This resort has a single elevator. Guests should be able to easily navigate stairs should the elevator become unavailable during your stay.
• No Smoking in unit or on balcony
• Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am
• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.
