Sea Oats #503 - Breathtaking Gulf Views, Amenities

The unit was dark and had a smell. There were roaches coming out of the stone back splash in the kitchen. Sofa and bed was very comfortable.

We chose this property because the listing said it sleeps 6. Our three children were going to sleep on the pull out sofa. We arrived Thursday night after a 14 hour drive and the frame on the sofa sleeper was broken and there was no internet or TV. We contacted the guest services number and we were told the only option was to buy an air mattress. We have three kids, all 7 and under who were exhausted from the drive and taking them to Walmart wasn’t an option. The bed frame was broken to the point where we couldn’t get the sofa sleeper back into the sofa so they could sleep on the couches instead. They had to sleep on the broken sofa sleeper. We never got the internet working and was told they couldn’t look into it until Sunday afternoon (we were leaving Monday morning). We were also told that an adult had to be present to get the internet working. That would’ve meant we would’ve had two and a half days of no Wi-Fi and also had to miss out on vacation time to sit in the condo and wait for a technician. We could also tell it hadn’t had a deep cleaning in ages. There were dust bunnies and crumbs everywhere and black mold all across the walls in the showers. Needless to say, I can’t believe we paid full price for a condo that only slept 3 instead of 6 and no working internet. I will gladly tell future family and friends to stay far away from Sea Oats.

We enjoyed staying in your beach condo. The view, weather and activities around was great for family. The condo itself was relaxing with modern amenities which made it easy to relax with family.
