Sea Oats 104 - Gorgeous, Gulf-front condo with beach access, hot tub, outdoor pool, tennis

This property was very clean and had a great location. It was the closest condo to the beach in the whole complex. The patio was adjacent to the pool deck, so we were able to watch our kids while they played in the pool. The property showed some signs of wear and tear from previous tenants, but overall it was in good shape and met all our needs.

We love this little property. We’ve stayed in multiple units here. It’s easy to get in and out of the busy thoroughfare. It’s convenient. Close to great pizza. Never crowded. We stayed on the first floor this time for wheelchair access. It was decorated super cute.

The apt was clean upon arriving - smelled like it was freshly mopped with Fabuloso. Restrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and living rooms were all tidy and organized. After a day the Fabuloso smell faded and a hint of cigarette smoke hung out in the kid bedroom and entry door way. We're non smokers and DID NOT appreciate it. The dishes we used were dirty, I had to rewash everything we used (pots, pans, dishes, mugs) before use. They either had food stuck or dust. I'd honestly still rewash before using them anyway. I totally appreciated the FULL kitchen and all appliances - cookware - silverware available!!!!!!!!! That REALLY made it easy on me. The stove needs new coils -- they slide out on their own so be mindful of that. Doors: The front door looked broken into and had been semi-repaired (a screw was added to the broken piece of wood that held the lock in place). That made us uneasy since its right next to the kid bedroom. Back slide door is difficult to close/slide shut. It slides open easily but closing it requires a work out. The kids beds desperately need new mattresses. They have a dip in the middle and the squeaky coils stabs your back or butt. TV: was hard to figure out (changing channels). Showers were awesome - strong flow of water every single time. OVERALL: TOTALLY RECOMMEND to a family who needs a hassle-free getaway!!!

Overall great. Unit was clean and we were pleasantly surprised that the furniture and flooring had been updated since the pictures were taken. Twin beds were good for kids, but probably not comfortable enough for a mature back?

Everything was as advertised! The location was right on the beach, near Publix and places to eat. Only annoyance was that the bedsheets on all our beds kept coming off. Deep pocket sheets would eliminate the annoyance.

The Pros: ground floor unit. Easy access to pool and beach. Good location. The Cons: Carpets were filthy. Definitely needs new flooring Twin headboards were not attached to beds. Just leaning up against the wall. The master bath drain and sink drain were very slow to drain. Unit just needed an overall good cleaning. Baseboards were very dirty. Vents were dirty.

Place was fine, could be cleaner

Great location! The condo walked straight out to the pool with a gate to keep our kids from sneaking in. Easy short walk to the beach. Carpet was old but overall a great deal for location and convenience!

So convenient to the water! I’ve been to the beach a million times and I really enjoyed staying in this first floor condo. You can walk right out to the pool and only a few more steps to the the water. I stayed with just the hubby this time, but there’s room for a couple kiddos too!

Dishes were clean and place just didn’t seem to be very cleaned. Location was great to the beach and the pool and had ample of room for family of 4.
