Sea Lover's Dream Home Steps From Ocean & Bay w/Free WiFi, Central AC, W/D

A great location and very comfortable condo. Super comfortable beds and living room furniture. The only ding in the review is that it absolutely needs a thorough, deep cleaning (walls and cabinets need to be cleaned, bed quilts need to be washed) and the closet door in the twin bedroom need to be rehung (it was just leaned up against a wall inside the closet).

Everything was expected! Parking can be a little tricky since its underneath, although the lot wasn't full for us so it made it easier to get in and out with the beams. Close walk to the beach and can see the dunes from the balcony. We would stay again

The location is great! The home needs quite a few updates to be worth the price we paid.

Our family stayed her for 3 nights. Great location and close to the beach but this condo is very dated and was not very clean. The carpet was very old and has lots of stains, walls were dusty and and not clean, couch had stains and rips, and the shower curtains had mold all over which could easily be a quick fix from replacing. The deck was big and had a nice view but could not really enjoy because of the old dirty carpet that they had over the wood and rusty patio furniture. We also did not have wifi our whole trip even after calling twice. Could be a really nice condo if taking care of.

For a quick family trip to the beach, this house did the trick. We spent three days and two nights there. The furniture was decent .. and the beds comfortable. Some drawbacks were the minimal basics for silverware and flatware. Having enough plates and decent cups would definitely improve the place. The dishwasher and washer and dryer were aged but definitely worked well. The carpet has a bunch of stains in it's but kudos to the cleaning staff because everything was tidy for the most part when we got there. Showers and toilets were all good .. but as with many beach properties there was sand in the shower off the master room and the water drained slowly. Really not a big issue, but just and fyi. Proximity to the beach was great and having two parking spots was a plus. Beware of the low overhead parking if bringing a car top carrier.

This is the biggest condo I have ever stayed at in OC for the price and proximity to the beach. The listing was just as pictured, carpets and bathrooms were extremely clean. Bedding was also fresh and cozy. The balcony needed some TLC but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us, we will be returning here.

This condo is perfect for going to the beach and local attractions. Spacious and nicely furnished. It had all we needed for a great stay. We required assistance from Vacasa and Jason responded promptly and couldn’t have been more kind. We will definitely be back.

This property is roomy and close to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchen is complete for those who want to cook. Cable TV is good but not all channels are provided.
