Sea-Horsey Retreat | Community Heated Pool | Amazing Ocean Views |Beachfront Condo

We stayed here for a family beach vacation and were really impressed by the stunning location and the excellent amenities — the pool area and workout facility were especially nice and well-maintained. It had all the ingredients for a relaxing and fun trip.However, the experience was unfortunately overshadowed by how heavily we were monitored throughout our stay. We constantly felt like we were under surveillance, as if we were a group of unruly spring breakers rather than a family on summer vacation. Staff were frequently walking around with clipboards, checking for wristbands, and enforcing an exhaustive list of rules — including being told we couldn’t toss a ball in the pool and receiving warnings of fines for minor infractions.While we understand the need for some structure, the level of oversight felt excessive and out of place for a family-oriented environment. It created unnecessary stress and took away from the enjoyment of our time there.This place has a lot of potential, but the enforcement approach could definitely be more balanced — especially when hosting families during the summer months.

Hello. Unfortunately I am disappointed with my stay Sea-Horsey Retreat. The rooms are dirty, the bathrooms are moldy. I also don't understand why when I paid for parking my car was twice marked as not registered. I had to explain this and it brought me stress during my vacation. And the worst thing is that the elevator door didn't work properly and hit me in the head. It was painful and your employees saw it.

We choose this condo every year because it is just that good! Perfect location. You can't get any better!

Very beautiful condo right on the water. The artificial grass on the balcony was a very nice touch. Communication was excellent. Would stay there again.

We come to the area a couple times a year and this property was the best all around! Gift bag on the counter to start the stay out on the right foot. Plenty of towels provided in each bathroom. Everything was very clean and well kept. The balcony furniture was very comfy and the turf was a nice touch. The property manager reach out a couple times during our stay. We will be rebooking here every time we come to PCB from here on out.

Beautiful condo with so much room! Nicely decorated and the fake grass on the balcony is a genius idea! Condo is two floors above the pool and was perfect for us. Bunk room, queen sized bedroom, and a king master. We found a hidden gem in a Murphy bed in the dining room! We didn’t need or use it but was so cool to find we had that option! Will definitely book this one again!

Great location and plenty of room for the family! Some of the long time residents aren’t very friendly and a bit nosey but the property is great.

Nice location

Pros: The 7th floor was great. Elevators were at times busy (which was expected) but overall not bad. Plenty of amenities in the condo. Nice pool which they keep very clean and the snack bar attendant was very friendly. The check in and checkout process was easy. Very clean unit. Loved the welcome bag with misc. items to use in the condo. Cons: Only one parking space which we were unaware of and had 2 cars (6 people). Management said we could park at their office if needed. The condo is in a busier location which makes it hard to take a left out of. The T.V. in the bunk room would not work. Management said they would have one to us the next day and no one ever came. Sadly, that room had the people that stayed up later than the rest. The master bedroom needs a new bed topper. It sags where each person lays which made it uncomfortable. I sleep on the edge and kept sinking backwards into the area. We were unable to get the master balcony doors open (not a huge deal for us but might be for others). If you want to put a tent up you have to go to the end of the building. You are not allowed to set up in front of the building so be ready for a walk. The only reason we would never stay here again is the one parking spot for a 3 bedroom condo. Other than that we did enjoy our stay. Hope this review helps.

This condo met all of our needs! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed and then some. The balcony was its own little paradise! It felt like another room. The condo is nicely decorated with a beach theme. The only snag we ran into was that there was only one parking space provided for a condo that sleeps eleven. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We definitely plan on reserving it again!
