Sea Breeze at Cocoa Beach

Rowina was excellent and available our entire visit. The condo is lovely, quiet, and only 1 block walk to the beach. Our arrival flight was delayed 12 hours and she made every effort to accommodate our very late arrival into Cocoa Beach. It would have been most helpful in the dark to know the building name.

This property was just perfect. The host thought of everything you could need and want. The home was well furnished and so clean. Just a short walk to the beach. We got to watch two rocket launches while we were there just sitting on the beach. Perfect spot in Cocoa Beach

What a beautiful property and very quiet and great location!

The location of this condo was perfect! It was one block from the beach and the condo had beach chairs, umbrella and kids beach toys. Not to mention everything you need for amenities and more. Exceeded my expectations. The host was very accommodating and her suggestions of restaurants was spot on. Grills and Dolphins tiki restaurants were delicious with a great atmosphere. Rowina, the host, also told us about the space launch, which we have never experienced. All around an amazing experience! Highly recommend.

The condo is beautiful, extremely clean, and just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The board walk is about a 10-minute walk where you can find restaurants that overlook the water. There are so many different activities in the area as well. Rowing is an amazing host who is a local and very knowledgeable. She gave us so many tips and tricks that made our stay so much fun. She is very responsive as well. I love the big comfortable couch and the kids enjoyed the variety of toys. We will definitely return!

This place was wonderful. Very comfortable, clean, and had everything my friend and I needed. We were very close to golfing, Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jons, historic areas, and mostly to the beach. We watched one of the night rocket launches from the beach. The sunrise was just as amazing, brought a couple of chairs provided by our host, and enjoyed our morning peace and tranquility before heading back home.

Our stay was delightful. My mother in law who is a difficult person to please with rental condos and their lack of cleanliness, could not stop complimenting the design, and how clean the condo was. There were so many amenities especially if you have tiny ones. Had our son, and in laws with us, and had so much space. The couch can suck you in with how comfortable it is. The location is quiet with amazing neighbors. The breezeway served as a great place to eat our dinners as a family. Loved the proximity to the beach, and different restaurants in the area. We were so lucky to have not one, but two night launches during our stay. From the beach it is the perfect view of the return of the boosters. We will for sure make this a family tradition to stay here. We loved every bit of our stay, and will definitely be back.
