Stayed Feb 2, 2022Fantastic location! True ski in/out and view, which is exactly why we chose this unit. I don’t mind a unit that needs updating, which this one does, but disrepair is really unacceptable when paying as much as we did. Drawer slides were broken on two drawers in the kitchen. It appears duct tape had been used in a previous attempt to repair. Just replace the drawer slides!! They cost $2.00. A hall closet door knob was missing, leaving a sharp screw sticking out to grab our clothing or skin. Corkscrew was broken and left in two pieces in the drawer. This is a necessity on a ski vacation! For us, we prioritize location and this did not disappoint, but c’mon! put in just a little effort on simple repairs.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Pros: We stayed at Storm Meadows East 60 and had a nice stay. The check in process was easy, and the shuttle was very convenient. The condo location and views are GREAT (true ski in and out), and we could not have done better there. The pullout couch also was comfortable, and the ski locker was convenient and large. Th e kitchen also is very well stocked with cookware, so that was very nice. Cons: The unit is has very low ceilings in the bedrooms and is quite outdated. The small bedroom would be fine for children but is awkward for adults. The hot tub also is kept too hot to enjoy.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We once again really enjoyed staying and skiing in beautiful Steamboat! The accommodations in Storm Meadows East (unit 060) were very nice, and there's no way to beat the ultra convenient ski-in / ski-out location. The unit itself is cozy and appropriately decorated in an outdoor fashion with various trophy heads and western paraphernalia. The main level (kitchen/dinner table/family room/fireplace,TV, and full bathroom) is very adequate and looks right on to the RIGHT-O-WAY and HEADWALL trails from the balcony. The upstairs has the main bedroom (small but sufficient) and second larger bedroom with another full bath (this one rather tight, especially the tub/shower.) Overall, a very good place to reside while hitting the slopes! (Note: It would be helpful if cleaning and such would take place more often. In our 5 day stay this never occurred at all.)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had an ok stay. Our place had some very creaky floors. You could not get out of bed without waking the whole house up. There is no real storage places to unpack. We stayed a week and had to live out of our suitcases. And lastly, do not mess with the decoration animal traps! My husband was looking at one and it was set. We had to pry his hand out of one with kitchen utensils. It would have ruined our vacation if he had broken his hand the first day. I am happy my toddler was not around the trap. The set trap would have chopped his little fingers off!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location is great (right on the slopes), and the amenities are nice. Fully stocked kitchen. The beds are on the soft side (could be bad for sensitive backs). The decor is a bit heavy, too many animal heads on the walls, horns and dim lighting.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very nice 2BR/2Bath condo for 5. Front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Had a minor issue with a shower door and maintenance person was there in half an hour and all was fixed during our day of skiing. Shuttle to town was great and door to door service. Ski in/ski out was awesome as well. Would highly recommend the Storm Meadows East slope side condos. Thanks everyone.
