Stayed Jul 27, 2025The condo was very comfortable. The weather was a bit hot, but we stayed out of the sun during peak high UV hours. The beach was very nice, not really crowded at all. The balcony was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireworks display on Wednesday night. The pool was great. It was a very relaxing vacation.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Surf Dweller. This was our 4th year to stay here but first time in this condo. The furniture was very comfortable and the balcony furniture was the best ever. It was clean, and well stocked. A few things could use updating but still a great experience.

The bed in master was comfortable, the shower in master needs to have handle replaced as it was broken. It worked but I struggles to get to the temperature that was comfortable. Definitely would recommend the unit.

The patio furniture was great and much more relaxing. Many of us went out on the balcony to relax and listen to ocean and fell asleep. The patio furniture was a huge plus. My son immediately walked in and said this unit was better than the one we booked last year. The unit was clean, plenty of towels, and big enough for my family and I. I loved the app which had a lot of info and made check in/out easy and no stopping at an office. Everyone I spoke to in the office was so nice prior to our arrival. The only suggestions I would make is to not have white bedding and towels for many reasons I would personally choose another color, a pair of scissors which I did not see, and a small basket for when doing laundry which most other units have had. We definitely will be booking this unit again in the future as we all really enjoyed this unit!As for the building itself we have always enjoyed SD as it’s always seemed less crowded (smaller complex), pool, tennis, ocean view from living room and master with big/long balcony, the complex is always quiet at night and it is not over populated on the beach. Down side is when you have a larger suv the parking lot is a little tight in my opinion.
