Scenic oceanfront condo with balcony, pool, hot tub, beach access, & W/D

The condo at Crescent Shores was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water! Our family enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and easy walk to the beach. The building and pool areas were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is across the street for renters. The balcony view from the 10th floor was amazing! Saturday check in was a little hectic, but staff did all they could to assist, including providing carts and temporary parking on beach side to unload. The three elevators in the south building were quick!

Loved the layout and the 4 bathrooms!

Location

The condo was great both in location and accommodations for our group of 7 adults (5 were seniors). All amenities were great….but the mattresses desperately need to be replaced. We would come back here though, no doubt.

We loved the spaciousness and beauty of the place and the ocean view was spectacular.

Even with a major hurricane going out to sea, the weather was great! It did get a little chilly at the end of the week and we did come home a day early because of it. The sound of the waves crashing was quite loud when you opened the doors. That's a favorite sound for me. Sitting on the balcony with your morning coffee and watching the sun come up over the water was amazing. Sadly, we couldn't see the northern lights because there was too much man made light. While we had a few blips with the door, we had a great time and enjoyed making family memories.

Four couples booked the condo. Two couples were stranded in the NC mountains due to the impact of hurricane Helene. Booking agent and owner would not work with us on transferring the date regardless of our catastrophic situation. Lesson learned About obtaining insurance. The property was very nice.

All the appliances worked. Nice table and extra chairs on the balcony. Prompt answers by Guest Services.

This is a great place to stay. Only negatives, which are minimal, are the upholstery and carpets need a good professional cleaning and the pool and lazy river were soooo cold! I’m not sure why they were that cold but they were so cold that the children wouldn’t stay in. Also, the parking directions need to be improved.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean. There were only 11 towels for our group of 12 so we used our beach towels in the condo. The handle on our balcony was broken and they sent someone the next day to fixit (minor inconvenience). The living room TV didn’t work. I contacted the manager who said he would send someone to fix it but no one ever showed. It would have been nice to be able to watch a movie together but didn’t ruin our trip. Overall it was very nice.

Clean 4 bedrooms and baths.

The property was nice. Some of the flooring needed to be vacuumed and swept. The only problem we had was that we rented a 4 bedroom condo and we were only allowed 2 parking passes and had 3 vehicles. We were unable to find public parking at a daily rate. We had to move the extra vehicle to different business parking lots each night to avoid being towed.

Inside the unit was clean and very satisfactory. The balcony outside was a big disappointment. The only thing to sit on was straight back fold-up chairs. Very unconfortable. Being 83 years old, I was looking forward to relaxing on the balcony and watching the ocean. Unfortunately that did not happen. The pictures on the rental advertisement should be what you see when you arrive. I called Vacasa 2 times, and was told they would take care of it, but they never did.

This was a wonderful condo, with a great ocean view! It was close to everything and exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our stay!
