Convenient, spacious, well equpped

Very clean. Clear instructions on how to get in and what to do when leaving. Great location for skiing at Nubs or Boyne. Condo had everything we needed to make dinner and have a comfortable stay.

Great location and the perfect size for our family of 7.

The home was very clean, and comfortable. It had everything that you needed in the kitchen. It was very comfortable for 9 of us adult ladies. It was a nice neighborhood.My only concern was that one place said that we needed to wash the towels and another said to put them downstairs by the washer. Wasn’t sure if we were supposed to do the laundry or not.

We had a great stay !!! Disappointed the pool wasn’t done !!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property conveniently located between Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Quiet, serene, and the perfect place for our family to relax for a week. Lots of spaces for the teenagers to hang out too. We loved this place and would absolutely stay here again in the future. The host was exceptionally quick to respond to our messages and easy to work with as well. Fabulous experience!

Disappointed that the pool was closed but overall a nice week

We enjoyed our stay at this home. There was enough space for our adult kids and us. The kitchen was especially well stocked, even a few decent knives and pans. There was even a selection of spices and other consumables. Everything worked as it should. My only disappointment may be your pleasure. The pool is currently being replaced and was not available to us.

Lovely place, worked great for our family getaway

First, I wasn't contacted about the pool being under construction and unusable until 3 weeks before our stay. I could not find another place in that short notice. Downstairs bathroom leaked from the ceiling from the upstair bathroom which made both unusable. This leak has been leaking for awhile, yet when i told host about it she acted like it just happened and wanted in the house again. When told she could come when we left, she came anyway. Half of our group left early due to all the problems.The sofa downstairs had stains and crumbs in it, i have photos. Had to put sticks in sliding doors because they didnt lock. They have a simply safe that was not connecting so maintenance came several times. Half of the electrical outlets do not work. Can not have a fire outside. The beds were hard as rocks. I would.not recommend this host to anyone.

We’ve been here twice for soccer tournament. Works out great for a few families. Super roomy and great location.

This was the perfect place for our group. We had an event in Petoskey and needed space for multiple adults and a few kids from different families. There was enough space that everyone could have their own area and not feel crowded. The condo was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and other items that some rentals seem to ignore. We would definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent place to stay on a golf trip to the Harbor Springs area. The five of us felt so comfortable, the living area was great and there were so many bathrooms!!! We would definitely recommend this clean and friendly condo and it's owner, Tracy.

What a lovely time we had at Tracy’s home! Everything was just as pictured, the home was so warm and inviting, and my kids loved having close access to a pool and playground! Communication with Tracy was wonderful, so kind and professional. It was an incredible stay with lots of memory making for our family!

Only downside was the request to remove shoes at the door, and the notes in the bathrooms about towels in the corners to prevent water leaking to the lower floor. Didn’t really understand that as we saw no leaks. Also, no towels were provided for that possible problem. The condo and deck were lovely and well kept.

Spacious condo, plenty of comfortable seating, lovely deck and furniture, well equipped kitchen, accommodates 4-5 adults and children. Easy access to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, golf courses and skiing.

Place was what we expected and more.

Great place for family to stay Plenty of room Good location Pool and playground for kids well maintained

My husband and I really enjoyed the location of this large townhouse. It was close to the state park and we drove to Mackinac City to take the ferry to Mackinac Island for the day.

We had a wonderful time at Tracy’s condo! Very clean, great location and loved the access to the pool, kids had a great time!!

We enjoyed the facilities and the space for so many of us. Clean and everything was wonderful!
