Stayed Jul 19, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was descent, but older and outdated. Rental company I don’t recommend, they didn’t help me with my situation. A family crisis I had led us to have to leave our trip our first night there, and they did nothing to help get any amount of money back. It was very unfortunate and I will not be booking with them in the future.

Its on a quiet end of the beach and not alot of commotion. You can see the beach from the room.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Seacrest 712! The balcony view was nice, we could see dolphins in the morning. Did not hear any noise from neighbors. It was family friendly, with easy access to the beach. Having beach service included was a nice amenity! The location was close to restaurants & shopping without being too busy or crowded. Brooks & Shorey had great communication. We will definitely be back!
