Savoy 3BR Oceanfront Condo + Gym & Beach Access! | Savoy PH

The location was clean, properly stocked, and very easy to locate.

I have loved other trips and only left great reviews but this was rough. We were disappointed in the property, cleanliness, safety, parking situation. There was a couple of spots of what looked like blood on the back of one of the doors, very stained bedding, and thick dust in several areas. They did send replacement bedding but did not address the door that would not lock - to flat roof access and master bedroom. The bathroom shower door kept coming off of the rails and there was mildew.

Getting to the room was a little confusing. When you pull into the Savoy (small hotel behind a bigger one) the parking lot spaces all say reserved but none with your room number, so i was unsure of where to park. Then, theres a code to get into the building which was not given to us, a guest let us in. Elevator stopped on random floors a few times, with no one there, but ok, lol. The carpet on the outside corridor needs to be cleaned, it had a smell. We were advised to bring extra towels (said only 3 were provided and i have a family of 5), bring toilet paper and hair dryers. There were ample in the room so those were things i could have left home. Also said bring blankets because only bedspreads were there, but a small throw would have been ok instead of a blanket. The rooms were all nice size, surprised at the size of the living room, they were all great. Love the balcony views, from all 3 balconies, didnt know there were 3 and they were all used, that was neat! The condo itself was clean, no sand on the floor which was nice. The frying pans need to be replaced, the normal wear and tear was pretty rough. One toaster slot kept burning the bread. Theres no grill on property and people pop fireworks late at night. The worst thing about the condo is the heavy sliding glass shower doors; they kept coming off track which was not good for a 100lb girl, scared her while calling for help and holding it up.

It was an amazing place that was well maintained. Expectations were set prior with no surprises upon arrival. A spectacular place with a very reasonable price. It met all our expectations, and we have a wonderful time.

Overall stay was awesome but slightly disappointed with the appearance upon arriving. First, the elevator to the penthouse needs a little TLC. The trim was falling off, then the door lock had been replaced and you could see that the older lock was larger than the new lock, just a little paint. Then inside of the penthouse, the downstairs bathroom toilet barely flushed, and the upstairs toilet just needs to be replaced. When you hear the word Penthouse you are expecting everything to look nice but other than the few issues we had a great time. The view is unbelievable!
