I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit for the same time period for the past four years, mostly due to its convenient location. The condition of the premises has not changed since and it is really in need of some repair and maintenance. There were some housekeeping issues during the stay but they were resolved in a timely way. We are planning to stay there again this coming winter.

Stayed Apr 17, 2021Property needs a good cleaning and updating. Driveway and access to garage is terrible. Back patio is very small and right next to 10th tee box. Ice maker not working.

The condo was very conveniently located and thoroughly equipped. The neighbors were friendly. The ice maker in the freezer needs repair.

When we had issues they were immediately responded to by the resort property management staff. Only one issue, a personal golf cart completely uses all of one garage which is NOT appropriate.
