Stayed Aug 10, 2023Nice quiet place. Had everything you need. Would be 5 stars if little things improved. New deck furniture. Or at aleast cleaned. Front door needs cleaned or new coat of paint. Master bedroom needs room darkened curtains. It was very light at night due to lights around the pool. The area is lovely, beach was awesome. The nearby resturants superb.

Stayed Jun 20, 2023We have friends that own in Sea Bluffs, so we’ve stayed in their condo before. I was happy to find this one! It was great! It helped that it’s our favorite location ever on 30a. Already looking at availability to stay again soon!

Stayed Mar 4, 2023Likely the cleanest unit we have stayed in for Blue Mountain Beach in the last 20 years! Some previous comments from others mentioned outdated furniture -- I could care less -- I am there for the beach, not the furniture, which was perfectly fine. We didn't use the pool, but that is a nice feature for warmer weather. It looked nice. In the master bedroom on the top floor, it was quite nice; however, it was very bright at night because of local lights and the ceiling fan noise was a distraction when trying to sleep. I think someone could simply balance the blades and fix it or just replace it, but it was distracting at night. Back to the good -- clean, found it as described, etc. This is a good choice!!

Stayed Jul 1, 2022This condo has an amazing private beach. It never felt crowded even during the 4th of July weekend. The condo was clean and furniture was nice. The pool was convenient and quiet. However, it felt very sparse, for example the living room could use a rug. Also, the kitchen had nothing to use for cooking, not even salt or pepper. The management was very responsive and fixed a minor issue right away. Overall 4.5 for this condo.

Stayed Jun 19, 2021Although the location of the property is ideal and steps away from a private beach, this particular unit needs attention. It is partially renovated with the kitchen and master bathroom, but the furniture and beds are very outdated, worn and uncomfortable. The beds are extremely uncomfortable in the second bedroom as well. The cookware (pots, pans, etc) was very old, worn and needs replacing. The little bit of patio furniture is also very worn (holes), mismatched and not welcoming or comfortable. Most of the other units in the complex had BBQs on the patios, but this unit did not and the bottom back patio had no patio furniture, other than a picnic table. The unit needs more outside door mats and hooks in the bathrooms for towels to hang wet bathing suits. We have rented other units in the same property, and this unit does not compare in terms of overall accommodations.

Stayed Oct 10, 2020We had a great family trip to the beach. The condo has a nicely updated kitchen and master bath. We had an issue with the air conditioner, but the property manager took care of it immediately. The condo is close to all of the great places to eat on 30a. The only things I would change would be darker curtains in the master bedroom and a mattress cover for the master bedroom bed.

Stayed Jun 15, 2020Kitchen and master bath updated. Half bath and guest bath could use some updating. This is one of the older townhomes in the area so it was kind of expected. The downstairs outside porch had warm shower which was great for rinsing off. Kitchen is lacking a medium to large pot for boiling water. I had to request the code to townhome entry day of arrival but they were quick to provide. I did try to call Vacasa and had to hold for an hour before hanging up. I ended up emailing them an urgent request and I was texted the code. I love that the beach is just a walk away and has its own beach access that’s private Guest beds were not comfortable. I’m sure a mattress topper would do the trick Master bed was comfortable but pillows were not. Blue mountain creamery is a five minute stroll from townhome. Make sure to bring cash as they only accept cash. The bike rental shop is right around the corner. Small gas station across street perfect for getting ice, wine, milk, etc Publix on Highway 98 is an 8 minute drive - can’t beat that. My family and I love that it’s small and quiet without the traffic and amount of people that are in Seaside. There is plenty of green space in our area for kids to play in I went to the garage to wash a load of laundry and there was a pile of dirty towels in the wash from previous guests. Opened the dryer and there was a load of clean towels from previous guests. I’d stay here again if I knew the beds and pillows were more comfortable.

Stayed Jul 24, 2019The location was great for our vacation. We love the community feel of Blue Mountain and Santa Rosa Beach. In future trips, we would take more advantage of the bike rentals. We appreciated that there were chairs for us to borrow. We were surprised by the number of stairs that we had to navigate to get to the beach and there was no mention of this. It was a challenge for my mother in law who was vacationing with us.

Stayed Apr 2, 2018This is the second time we stayed at Sea Bluff, but this time in a different unit. This unit is well worn. While the kitchen has been updated, none of the other rooms have been. The furniture is old and outdated, and the deck furniture was extremely old and worn out and mismatched. The townhouse was clean, but some of the towels and sheets had stains (which I reported to Wyndham). While our bed was comfortable, my boys complained that their beds were extremely uncomfortable. The biggest bummer is that the pool was closed for most of our stay (we did receive a refund of one night for this issue). On the plus side, the townhouse is in a great location, with easy beach access. This townhouse would be fantastic if it was just updated--even new paint would go a long way. If you don't care about decor, I would recommend it--if you want something up to date, this may disappoint.
