Front door had holes you could see through. Toilets old with signs to hold handle down when flushing very low sittingKitchen worst very poorly supplied pots and pans the ones my mother had growing up and sizes were hit and miss hard to prepare Easter dinner. The light cover over the fluorescent lights in kitchen cracked appliance very out dated, host did put beverage in refrigerator for us was nice.Should tell guest the villa is located in middle of 18 fairway , in one weeks over 24 balls came within feet of back patio and one actually hit and shatter a window in casitaSitting out side was dangerousI also don’t think they have any pest control found 2 spider in our bed ,grandson got bitten in his sleep second to last night eye swelled shut went to doctor confirmed spider bite scary real damper on trip We love Santa Rosa Cove it pains me to write a bad review but owners need to clean it up and maintain it. They are just collecting rent have not updated the villa at all. The very worst VRBO my family and I have ever stayed in. So sad since Santa Rosa Cove is an ideal spot to vacation. This unit was way below our expectations and we have stayed in 5 different units there over 15 plus year many of them multiple times On plus side our host were nice.April 2 to 9 2026

Great location on golf course with mountain views. Hosts were very attentive and addressed all questions promptly. Easy check in and out. A little worn and limited TV but great value.

Host was incredibly helpful, friendly and considerate. The condo was amazing- fabulous location and views. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great location, great value.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Suzanne and Bob's home in La Quinta. Their back yard overlooks the amazing mountains and golf course. The property is a short walk or bike ride to the La Quinta resort.The property is well maintained and clean, so we hope to stay there the next time we come to the area.Suzanne was very nice, getting back to us quickly if we had any questions.

The owners are wonderful helpful people and we appreciated the two week use of their home. The house is very old and dated and in need of lots of repairs throughout the property. The property location is premier and would be beautiful with a new patio and flowers planted. We'll contact them again next year and hope to enjoy a few weeks there again.
