Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very good. I wish it had a few items for morning coffee besides just a can of Folgers ground and the fake sugar stuff and no creamers - other units I’ve rented for many years had a small “hotel like” sampler of teas, coffee, sugars, creamers. Very small issue so not really affecting my ratings. Also would have liked to have known tree trimmers were going to trim on Friday at 7am.

House very clean, the two king and queen beds very comfortable, the twin bed in small third bedroom need better mattresses (fine for a kid, not very good for an adult). Small things though could be improved: coffee maker carafe was wrong size, so had to be held by hand to brew. Only 2 rolls of tp for four persons for a week?

The kitchen had everything we needed and the towels were like brand new. We sold our home in Rancho LaQuinta a couple of years ago and I thought I would never feel at home again. I was wrong! The area is an excellent location to enjoy all Old Town LaQuinta has to offer. The resort personnel was very nice and welcoming. We had no issues, but I know they would’ve been handled professionally. I forgot to mention how comfortable the beds were. We enjoyed our stay so much we rented it for 2months next year!

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. A small problem we had was immediately taken care of by the leasing agency. We look forward to returning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a lovely experience. The condo was spotless, and the unit information provided was easy to understand and worked every time. The one downside was when I ordered a sports therapy massage for the following day from Soothe. I went to the front desk at La Quinta to ask if it was okay and they asked for the hours and name which I gave them 8-9:30pm, Mellisa Clark. They then said thank you and they would notify the guard at the gate, and I confirmed which I did. He wouldn’t let her in after I notified the guard on the day prior. It took 20 min to handle the situation. It didn’t have anything to do with the unit just a miscommunication but wanted to mention, as the long winter series (9 weeks) at the Desert International Horse park will be starting in January and many people will be renting houses and also ordering sports massages/chiropractic work. Maybe find a way to have a “horseshow client” clause in the lease agreement, as it’s not overnight and vital to us athletes. I think it would benefit all parties and diminish problems or confusion...Overall a 9/10. Thank you and see you in the New Year!

After being in our condo for 5 days, the Canadian government requested that all Canadians return home, so we flew home on March 11th. At the time there was also a travel advisory to the state of California. We have requested a partial refund several times but have heard nothing for several weeks from our contact person Bernadette Reyes. Seeing as we had were forced to leave the resort, I would expect some sort of compensation,Thanks,Dr. Robert Jones
