Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was nicely furnished and updated. However, the mattress in the master bedroom was unsleepable. Like sleeping on the floor. And I am one who prefers a firm mattress. Also, no instructions on using HVAC or TV's. Because of the master bed mattress, would not recommend the unit.

We LOVED Bernadette and her team at La Quinta leasing. She was amazing - so responsive Not sure what we would have done without her. The unit was very disappointing. Road noise-all day and night as it’s right next to Eisenhower Rd. Very dated furnishings and decor. We will be back but in a different unit.

This house is decent, but definitely could use some upgrades. The living room, dining room, and kitchen windows have a weird film on them that filters light. Fine in daytime, but at night it turns reflective, so have to close all the blinds. Decor is typical La Quinta dated-weird (little plastic trees? awful furniture). Kitchen was typical hit or miss in terms of cooking implements. Four coffee makers though! Main bedroom shower a bit shabby with old tile. BTW this house right across from Mazatlan gate. Did not bother us, but could be a downer for some guests. No real view anywhere.

A few snags with sticky sliding bathroom door/sliding windows and flimpy shower curtain holder falling down, but overall home is in good shape

Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with the quality of the condo we stayed in last week. The furnishings were from the 70's. None of the bathrooms were in good condition; leaking shower heads, corroded bathtubs, plugged sinks, tiles broken or missing, and grout was coming apart. We had to wash all of the cups, plates and utensils before using them as they had stuff on them or in them, it was disgusting. Clocks weren't working, light/lamps not working, magazines were from 2017, the fireplace was extremely difficult to get working, TV's didn't work in guest room, and the dining room chairs were broken, etc... Overall it was out of date, dirty and falling apart. It made our stay uncomfortable. We did share our concerns with the leasing office, but nothing was done.. We will definitely reconsider staying at La Quinta in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the past nine years we have rented 5 different homes on the property and this is the only one that was very dissappointing. The kitchen was poorly equipped --only 3 wine glasses, minimum dishes and pots and pans .On Thanksgiving the door fell off the oven--luckily we had already taken the turkey out. The house did have a great grill and we were able toheat the remaing dishes on it. The cooktop in the kitchen was sub-standard. We could not get live TV in the master bedroom. The maintenance person was able to get it for us in the living room. Hopefully next Thanksgiving we will be able to get one of the wonderful homes we had in the past.On the plus side, the location was very convenient to the resort and the pond behind hot was very nice. We were satisfied with our stay because the resort property is wonderful.
