Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was probably one of my favorite rentals we have ever had. The views of the beach were stunning... FROM EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE! I am not even sure how that is possible, but the stars aligned with this place. It does not feel like a condo, and the pictures don't do the size justice. The beds were super comfortable, the pool (we used the one next door as the condo's pool is still being redone) was heated and I believe salt water and was amazing. The beds were comfortable, and the home has been decorated beautifully. It is actually TWO units that are seamlessly connected. But would be great for a family that wants some separation between sleeping kids and night owl parents. There was no construction and it was extremely quiet. Access to the beach is RIGHT THERE, and the sand, sun and shells cannot be beat!

After going barefoot, our feet were black the first night. The cushions on the outdoor furniture in the dining has stains on it. The bathroom in the Master Bedroom was very nice. The manager was a little snippy when we were confused about the digital locks. (Door on first floor with digital lock is owners' closet, door to condo on third floor) But, it was resolved. It is a large space, especially for only 6 guests. Loved the island with all its amenities.

Amazing location, huge condo with 3 bedrooms. We were 6 and had plenty of space. We loved everything about the place and will come back!

Relaxing property, our family had a great time.

Our family loved the location and the beautiful roomy condo. It was perfect for our two teenagers and our toddler. The bathrooms and bedrooms are newly remodeled. The floor could have used some throw rugs but with the sand it is understandable why they don’t have them. Unfortunately because of that we had to clean them a couple times and buy floor cleaner so our feet weren’t so dirty from it. (The vaccum and broom didn’t pick up enough). Everything else was great, from the view to the large variety of beach toys and equipment to the convenient cabana by the beach. We also can’t say enough about the great customer service. They were quick to email back or answer the phone if we had any questions. Thank you for a very enjoyable vacation!

We had a little hiccup after picking up the keys, we did not know how to get into the property and couldn't get a hold of anybody on the emergency number, plus we did not have the keys to the cabana. Once someone got back to us, Charles, everything got straightened out. The condo is very big with views to die for!! It could sure use updating, paint would go a long way, more comfortable furniture too, but the bathrooms were beautiful! New Beach chairs would be nice, most of them are rusted, ripped and falling apart. The pool is not Maintained, sand all over the bottom, nobody there to vacuum it out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and again cannot say enough about the views.

The condo complex is very well maintained, and the management team at SBL is excellent. I highly recommend this unit.
