Sanibel Surfside 213: Steps to Beach & Shelling!

Beachy but not too beachy. very centrally located for shops grocery stores etc. Beach was very close. super clean very well stocked. I would have preferred the water in condo to be a little warmer. we called the rental company and they increased temp right away. also I think a note to bring your firestick with you to have a better choice of stations is a good suggestion. all in all excellent.

Quiet and cozy - fully equipped and all needed for extended stay or week away from home! Highly recommended and stayed over a week and will hopefully stay next year at this location for several weeks in September!! SBL Vacations - property management company is exceptional in assistance and clear expectations of check-in and out. No true view of water, but if not a MUST on my list so the value of the stay was totally worth it!!

We really enjoyed having a grill to use the complex was quiet and steps from the beach. The condo was well decorated and relaxing, it was very convenient to have an umbrella and chair’s available we had a great trip.

Very clean and well stocked property. Including an excellent variety of cleaning products is Very Nice especially when you stay more than one week. The unit is not overly decorated, something on every wall and counter, I like that. Quick response to TV and ice maker issues with both men very professional and easy to work with. The lawn/building/ pool maintenance is above what I have experienced at other rentals. The gentleman is detail oriented to say the least. Excellent value for cost.

We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the condo was lovely, although the porch furniture should be replaced. We had a few service issues but SBL was very responsive once we reported them. Sanibel is a beautiful island and we will go back.

All items were in like new condition. The covered parking and storage area was an added bonus.

The property was gorgeous and a prime location.
